I've been living in my Sandcastle home with my partner for a year now, and we can't say enough positive things about the house and our warranty experience.

Everything we submitted was taken care of quickly and professionally with none of the hemming and hawing you'd expect from a company that's focused on their bottom line instead of their customers.

My wife and I recently purchased (yes, an actual customer unlike some of the recent "reviews") a Sandcastle home a little over 6 months ago, and have been very pleased with our decision to go with this builder from the start. Mike S. and his team were great to work with and the build quality of the house is much better than what comparably priced builders offer. They made the entire process seamless and stayed on schedule even though our house was under construction when Harvey hit. For the few minor warranty issues we've had in the first 6 months, Michael (our construction superintendent) was quick to get the issues corrected without any pushback or issue. Sandcastle has built many of the houses in the inner loop over the past couple of decades. The fact that they are still around and operating under the same name tells you that they have a good reputation and people are happy with their homes.

I closed on my new Sandcastle home in December, and it was a smooth process from start to finish. From the sales VP and admin assistants to the construction superintendent, everyone was professional and attentive. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to buy a new home.

The Sandcastle experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were originally recommended to Sandcastle through a friend that previously purchased a house through them. Overall, the build time and quality was exceptional given the current trends of material and labor shortages. One positive is that many of the upgrades that other builders charge as add ones are standard features with Sandcastle. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new build.

We've been proud Sandcastle Home owners for the past 7 years. They are very professional, flexible, take customer service very seriously and most importantly build a great quality home for an unbeatable price.

The entire process from finding the right floor plan, making selections and getting the keys was a breeze. We felt supported by great professionals throughout. They helped us make timeless selections that 7 years later are still trendy. Even some cable runs that I was adamant would not be needed, Sandcastle went ahead and did the cable runs anyway and indeed I needed them.

In fact, Sandcastle was so diligent about our move in date (hard deadline), that the house was finished ahead of schedule, allowing us to move in about a week earlier which was a life saver.

Also, we've had very little maintenance over the years. Nothing major at all, just simple stuff.

It's the best value inside the 610 Loop and I highly recommend.

We are so grateful to have found Sandcastle Homes! They’ve made the home-buying process so much easier and more enjoyable than we could have imagined. They are responsive, respectful, and always put the customer first. We truly appreciate the speed and accuracy with which they’ve addressed any concerns we’ve brought up throughout the process and can’t wait to officially own our first home. Sandcastle has a team that clearly values one another as much as they do their customers, and you can feel a sense of community when working with them. Lorannette and Jose in particular were such a pleasure to work with, and Mike the owner has even taken the time to communicate directly with us as well! I was disheartened to see the negative reviews here coming from disgruntled neighbors of constructions rather than actually providing any insight about what an excellent company this is.

We've lived in our sandcastle home for almost 6 months now and bought it while it was still in the construction process. It was so much fun getting to select different options and upgrades with Loranette and she gave great advice when I wasn't sure which backsplash would go with which flooring. We delayed closing by 2 days due to some personal reasons and Sandcastle was gracious enough to allow us to do that. We even met the president during closing and he brought us some champagne to celebrate! After closing, we've had a few things (that have nothing to do with the builder) that needed fixing/changes. Like we accidentally stepped through the ceiling even though they warned us about staying on the platform during the closing walk through and we added an outlet in the pantry and needed the drywall repaired and Jose was super responsive and helped in so many ways. Our neighbor is also a sandcastle home owner and they also agreed that Jose is sooooo helpful. The entire process is very personal and the company is small enough that you get to meet everyone and they all seem like they really want to help you. 10/10 recommend. Also Jose should get a raise for how thorough and nice and responsive he is.

Sandcastle did an amazing job with my house. They came through on everything they promised. Jose Salas, the construction manager, is very helpful even after we closed on the house. He goes above and beyond. Getting to meet the owner, Salomon, during the closing was a great experience as many other builders don’t do this. I had a great experience purchasing a home from Sandcastle. Everyone was very responsive and helpful, especially Anna Badger (the builder I worked with). They made the process go smoothly from start to finish, and despite some delays caused by a hurricane, we were still able to close within the quick timeline that I requested. It was also great meeting Mike Soloman, who made my closing day experience even better than expected.

My wife and I have lived in our Sandcastle home for 9 months. We've thoroughly enjoyed the house build quality and have had no issues through the two major storms of 2024 (as of this review). Of course, there are always small things that show up and their warranty service is also outstanding. We've had an oven manufacturing defect issue, air balancing, roof flashing repair, minor door adjustments, and paint touch ups all taken care of by Jose and co. I highly recommend Sandcastle for anyone looking for a new build in inner Houston.

Builder and project manager were a delight. Builder respected our offer before other buyers and was present at the closing. Project manager was extremely prompt and responsive with anything needed.

The staff of SandCastle from the Realtors to the Project Manager were all on their game and punctually returned all calls/correspondence throughout the process. They allowed for a transfer of homes under construction in our case and that made a world of difference for the Buyers satisfaction level.
I have sold several SandCastle Homes over the years and the transactions all went well.

We bought our first property in 2021, and the home has been in great shape. Sandcastle has been excellent to work with—they quickly address any issues, big or small, and are very responsive. They truly take care of their homes. We recently purchased another home, and everything is looking great so far. Definitely recommended, and we would absolutely buy from them again.

The best general contractor in Houston and beyond, bar none. The team at Archer Pro did a complete remodel, including kitchen and multiple bathrooms, on my wife and I’s home, all on-schedule and on-budget. The communication was second to none and the work was performed six days a week until the project was completed. In an industry as unreliable and often-outright fraudulent as general contracting, Archer Pro stands out as a model of reliability and quality work. Don’t risk your time or money calling anyone else. If you want the job done, and done well, call these guys.

Last year, my wife and I did a much needed kitchen remodel to our home that was built in the 70's. I spoke to 4 different contractors before selecting Archer Pro. My focus was to have the best project result, at the most reasonable cost, over the shortest time possible. Archer Pro accomplished all 3. I was a bit uninformed at the outset and Lupe made some suggestions that resulted in a better outcome than I originally imagined and saved me money on top of that! He had REAL carpenters come in and build cabinetry and counter tops on site. No pre-packaged cabinetry built off site and nailed on the walls. Gorgeous granite counter tops, trim, and expertly installed appliances. And even now, a year later, Lupe checks in to see how things are going. I can not recommend a contractor more strongly, than I recommend Archer Pro.
