Isreal and his team were very easy to work with and did Quality work! His team worked fast and made my house look brand new before putting it on the market!
He was reasonably priced, VERY clean, and professional. He kept a log on our front door and would check off everything that had been done and what was left to do! It made it very easy to keep track of. I highly recommend his team!

I have used MIF Contracting over the last several years to help me with my residential rental business and with my business remodeling. Israel and the crew do excellent work and are very timely. They give you an estimate and they listen to what you want to have done. MIF Contracting has a host of experts for everything you need in remodeling, i.e. demo, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, flooring, painting, roofing, patio work and stucco work. You name and they can do it. They are my go to guys to get jobs done.

One of the hardest things to do when finding a general contractor is finding one that does a good job, does what they say they will do, and charges a fair price for the work. I've used MIF Contracting to remodel my house as well as fix countless rental properties over the last 10 years or so. One thing Israel and his team never let me down. If it's an urgent matter they find a way to fit it in. If it's custom work no one has ever done before (like our plexiglass lined staircase) they'll figure out how to make the design work. Excellent service over the years, I highly recommend MIF to everyone.

Israel and his team do an excellent job from start to finish. They are extremely well qualified and very trustworthy. They get the job done to perfection every time. They can do any scale of job from small repairs to entire home building. I am a realtor and refer them to my clients often and the clients are always 100% satisfied. Israel and his team (MIF contracting) have done many projects for me since 2014 at our old house and now our current house. After getting quotes for maintenance , repair, painting work for our home from several local contractors, I contacted MIF Contractors and could not be more pleased with Israel, Giovani and the crews and the work they did for us. We asked MIF to repaint the exterior of our 8 yr. old home, do some major patio repairs, wood fence replacement, interior painting and rough and finish carpentry and they were terrific! Easy to communicate with, on time, on budget, clean, responsive, and they did fantastic work for us with great finished results. I will be calling MIF for my future projects and would highly recommend them for anyone needing maintenance, remodeling and repair work to their home.

Israel's crew did a fine job replacing and repainting damaged drywall in our guest room, along with concrete repairs on the driveway. They added structural support beams to our attic rafters as well. They took great care to not affect any other parts of the house, and they always left the work areas cleaner than how they found them. They worked with our scheduling constraints too. All in all, a great company to chose for home repairs.

We have used MIF Contracting many times since 2002 for large and small jobs inside and outside my house (old and new); they are very professional and easy to work with. One more thing that has made them stand out for us: They take care of their old clients like no one else, after hurricane IKE, when every contractor in town was busy working at Galveston and turned down small jobs, they still spared time for old client to install a hot water heater in our attic (on a Sunday), they are reliable with quality work at a very reasonable price. Israel and team are great. We will continue to use their services in years to come.

Israel and his team did a complete renovation of the entire home. The whole project was exactly 6 weeks as he stated it would and it has been a complete transformation of our home. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, ceiling, paint, etc. His whole crew was very dedicated to doing a good job. Israel himself was constantly available for check ins, questions and relaying updates. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend MIF Contracting for any renovation project, regardless of size and scope.

A trusted friend of mine gave me the contact information for MIF Contracting. I had extensive damage to my home both inside and outside. Israel came out and provided an extremely detailed and reasonable estimate. He had his crew fit me in at a time when it was very difficult to get any contractors' attention (post winter freeze). He and his crew were courteous and professional. They always cleaned up after completing the day's work. I could not be happier with the quality of work. I was also impressed with the scope of their skills - there was nothing that they could not repair. Highly recommend.

We are beyond thrilled with MIF Contracting! Israel is a "hands-on" contractor. He responded to our emails & texts in a timely manner. (note - I'm talking within a few hours 24/7!) We always knew which crew was coming for the day & what time. The crews were professional & personable and easily identified due to their MIF work shirts. Israel had Great ideas when we were not sure about a decision and offered superb suggestions that we are now loving!! (i.e. remove Popcorn ceilings - YAY!!) Our house was a mess. Since it was extensively damaged we took the opportunity to do a big remodel. We selected MIF after getting several bids. We are so glad we picked MIF.
