Our realtor recommended MIF when we purchased our home this summer, we had them come complete everything from electrical to roof items. We’ve trusted them to complete numerous other projects since as well. Israel, Giovanni, Enrique, and other team members have all been great to work with. The crew is always qualified and does 10/10 work, never cutting corners. So glad we found a group we can trust with our new home!

These guys are amazing, dedicated, and FAST! We needed a fairly difficult job done in a short amount of time, and they delivered! They were super professional the entire time, and my place looks brand new. If you need a contractor for a job and you need it done right, with extreme attention to detail, don't hesitate or call anyone else, call MIF, and let them take care of you.

I have used Israel for both of my extensive commercial remodels, and he and his crew have delivered top-notch work for my properties. Inside and out, they consistently exceed my expectations !

We hired MIF for a facelift on a family townhome. We painted the entire interior, installed new baseboards, new doors, including 2 pocket doors, new door trim, replaced carpet with vinyl, fixed drywall, fixed plumbing, installed custom master closet cabinets, and built an outdoor shed. The MIF team did a stellar job and we couldn’t be more happy. Isreal, as the owner and general contractor, is present and always available for questions or concerns. If something needs to be fixed, he makes sure it’s taken care of. Elizabeth was a stellar right hand woman keeping track of everything and a great contact for admin and clarification along the way. Invoicing was smooth and final payment was not requested until all punch out items were complete - I’ve had issues with contractors asking for final payment prior to the project being complete in the past. The project was completed on time. We will use MIF again. Very happy with them and I highly recommend for your Houston renovation.

I needed extensive wood flooring repairs, as well as window & door sealing treatments. Being a realtor, I asked a reputable property manager for a contractor referral. He sent me to MIF Contracting.
My call was handled as if I was an old friend or a repeat customer.
Upon accepting their quote, I could not attend the jobsite work. I asked the work-from-home tenant for active, implicit feedback. In the end, the tenant shared how delighted she was with the repairs and how respectful the crew had been.

After interviewing several contractors we hired MIF for our 1972 house's bed-bath renovation. Very impressed! The entire crew was easy to communicate with, willing to listen and happy to work out creative solutions to renovation surprises that crop up when working on an older house. The custom built elements are done to a high standard. Also very timely and professional. Most importantly my wife and I both felt safe with everyone that came to our house including the sub-trades, especially since rebuilding one whole half of our house while we are living in it is such an invasive process. Israel is accommodating to our needs and wishes and full of good ideas. We are having him and the crew back to do the kitchen-living room half of the house next! A special thanks to his lovely wife Martha for her commitment to the business as well!

Terrible customer service never fixed my busted pipe. Left in the middle of the job . Very unprofessional

These guys are insane. They wrote a quote up the wall which included insane prices such as $75 to replace a face plate on wall plug. Not the actual wall plug but just the plate. Look elsewhere.

Always late, never calls like they’re supposed to before arriving, and they’ve “fixed” my roof 3x yet it still leaks.

They did a good job putting my bathrooms in and they rebuilt my bathroom floor as I asked and they covered up several imperfections that I had in my floor

I'm not sure about everyone else here, however Emerson was originally suppose to come out and do a mold remediation and no showed on a saturday. Then sent me a text and I responded and again suppose to be here this morning and didnt show up. When I finally got a hold of him (voicemail is always full) he said he had been in Tennessee all week. When he sent someone to my home after the first time being stood up. The guy came at 730am (awesome) but couldn't speak english and came to remediate my mold infested home with a bucket and a sponge... I dont think he was licensed.

The subfloor in my house was weak and breaking, so I called and got an appointment. They said they would be here between 8-9 am and George came out at 830 and got started. He explained what he was going to do and had it done very quickly! He did a great job and I would DEFINITELY use them again for my next project!!

Avoid dishonest or careless! We obtained a long list of issues for home we putting on rent. Mentioned that some wall outlets didn’t work. They quoted me hundreds of dollars for this and all that happened was the breaker was tripped. Do you really want a contractor who is suppose to help only eat you need? These guys will quote you for things that aren’t even wrong. Who knows maybe they trippped it then self to get easy fix money.

Amazing.......I will surely use Delux Contrators again. The contractor assigned to my house did a wonderful job, and they were very prompt. I gave them a clear picture what I needed, and the entire team took care of my request. The contractor was also easy to communicate with. The contractor’s manager also visited my home to review the project after it was completed. I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the contractor. I cannot imagine a better outcome and would recommend this very useful company to all our friends.Most imperative, it was a very positive experience. Thank you for the great work!

I would not touch this company with a ten foot pole. They were hired by my ex-property management company to replacement the carpet in my 3 story townhome. They started a couple of days late, tried to install a completely different color carpet before we intervened (didn't even ask what we wanted), took them over a week and then we discovered that they really didn't even know what the heck they were doing. Carpet was installed like a jigsaw puzzle with patches all over the place. The carpet was laid in different directions, making the seams even more visible. After raising these serious concerns with the owner (or at least whoever answer the phone) and the project manager, they initially said they would redo the carpet the correct way (with the project manager overseeing the install) and then they changed their mind the next day and said they were not going to start over. We ended up agreeing that Delux would remove the carpet but they ended up taking the original padding as well (meaning my next carpet installer had to charge me for padding). Since we verbally agreed that they were not going to charge me for this shoddy job, I was satisfied that I could move on from this and I wasn't going to leave them a review. But after reviewing my final close out statement from my former property manager and i noticed Delux invoiced $1225 for what ended up being trash out of the carpet (from an original estimate of $2850 for the carpet replacement). I would never recommend using this company. One of the worst service experiences in my life

BEWARE. Horrible company. I have a rental so I don’t get to control who they hire. This company will schedule appointments without asking. You wait around all day and they won’t show up. When they do finally show up they don’t speak or understand any English making it impossible to communicate or ask questions. They came to my house 3 1/2 hours late to the scheduled time and lied claiming they tried calling me but the call log was time stamped after I called them. I tried to not let them do any work but the owner of deluxe insisted. The work they did was some of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s horrible. Wet paint was everywhere they destroyed two of my outdoor rugs and a $65 pair of shoes. There’s paint all over my floor and kitchen sink and all over the cement slab outside of my backdoor. I 1000% don’t recommend this company.
