I’m so impressed with these guys. We had a horrible experience at a well-known tile company down the road from Quality Tile: extremely rude and condescending service, ridiculous prices, who won’t even sell direct to homeowners, only to contractors. We have several homes and are experienced remodelers with a lot of money to spend but zero tolerance for waste and even less for a snooty attitude. I walked into Quality Tile and they were able to source the tiles I needed at a quarter of the price everyone else was quoting us. They were superior in every way - their products, their prices, and their service. There’s no reason to go anywhere else. This is exactly the sort of business serious remodelers and builders want to have as a go-to. We will be back for all our stone and tiling needs. Thanks Rita!

If you are looking for Granite and this guy ain't got it, I would be SHOCKED. They have SOOOOOO Many different choices and the people are nice and very reasonable. All I needed was a 22in Sidesplash and they took care of me and the piece they selected was an EXACT match. I am so happy!!!

We shop here when we're looking for just the right piece of granite. Owner and staff are very helpful. We found an exact match for our counter top. We've bought pieces for granite window sills, backsplashes, countertops, etc. Great prices. We'll be back.

I had a worker who made me buy 2 slabs from them and said he would pick up the next day and the next day tried to make a return and take the money. The staff was smart and knew I was getting cheated. Informed me and held on to my purchase for few days until I found a trusted person.

The store offers very competitive prices and a variety of options. However, I encountered some issues during my experience.

I specifically asked if the installer would only be responsible for installing the countertop and sinks. The staff assured me that the installer would take care of everything. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the price did not include plumbing services. This crucial detail should have been communicated more clearly, as I do not like being blindsided. Now, I am left to find a reliable plumber on my own.

It's unfortunate, as I was planning to do more business with them.

Update: I recently received a text from the store, and an employee sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding. He responded quickly to my questions, which I appreciated. They assured me that in the future, they will inform customers that plumbing is not included in the pricing.
