Would not recommend. Service only includes a 30 day warranty. My simple drain repair failed after 11 months and they offered to start a new work order with a $95 minimum service fee…

Bad experience. I have American Home Shield warranty and they picked this co for me. In my face, the plumber acted like the damage was due to some defect, but the apparently told the warranty company that the piece was damaged due to misuse. I waited for 5 days to get this answer that AHS would not cover the replacement costs. I called multiple times to both the warranty co and the plumbers for an answer, but neither could give me an answer until days later after my prompting. It's fine if that was the ruling - I understand that these companies try to pay as little as possible. But why does it take the plumber so long to file the report and why did he act as if everything was fine and collect my money?! I would steer clear of DNB if I were you. After my experience and reading the other reviews, I do not think very highly of them.

William from DNB, showed up one hour into the 12pm-5pm time slot. He promptly examined the disposal and determined it needed replacing. He told me that since it was a 3/4 hp disposal, he would have to get one sent out a few hours later but I guess another tech was in the area and dropped one off. He had the old one out and the new one within an hour. I don't give out five stars to very many service contractors but I'm giving DNB a five-star rating for the prompt service and their friendly technician. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received today.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my repair request on August 20th. DNB came out a few days later. The technician walked in my home and immediately looked at my faucet and said that he would not be able to repair my faucet because he didn't have the part. He said he would need to make a call. He called the office and they stated that they would order the faucet and would call me "tomorrow" with an update. 3 days later I called them and asked about the faucet. They said they were working on it. On August 31st I sent them an email because I had no heard back from them and wanted an update - in writing. They never responded to my email but called m 8 days later to tell me that they ordered the part. On Monday, September 13th they called and said that someone would be at our home to repair the faucet on Friday. They then called and said the technician was running late. The technician finally arrived at 4pm. My son answered the door. The technician asked if the parents were home. My son said no. The technician told my son he could not complete the repair because someone above 18 had to be there. My son told him that his grandparents were there (both, my mom and mother in law were at the house waiting for the technician to get there.) My son said he tried to explain that his grandparents were home, but the technician walked away and while walking away said "your parents will need to reschedule". I immediately called the technician because he had just called me 30 minutes earlier. The went to voicemail 3 times. I then sent him a text and asked that he return to the home because my mother and mother in law were there the entire time waiting for him but he left before my son could explain. It was literally 1 minute after they left that I called so I know they could not have been that far from the home. The technician sent me a text and said "I asked your son if his parents were home and he said no." I told the technician that he was correct. The parents weren't home, his grandparents were home and had been there all day waiting for them to arrive. He sent me a text and said "sorry, you will need to reschedule." This is unacceptable and simply sad. DNB has been non-responsive and need a true overhaul in leadership/management.

DNB was called out to my house for a plugged drain line by our home warranty company. Richard called 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived right on time. He knew exactly what the issue was, but gave me a heads up that the warranty company may not cover the fix since he had to cut into the sheetrock. While I talked with the home warranty company, he waited to see if I wanted to just take care of the issue at that time even though the warranty would not cover it. After we decided to move forward, he fixed the plug quickly and told me exactly what he was doing. Without a doubt, I will use DNB again in the future.

Excellent service. I've used this company twice for toilet repair and replacing one of my toilets. The technicians take all precautions for health, safety, and protecting your floors. Don't hesitate to contact them for speedy service and great pricing.

Came to my house to check my water heater. They are contracted by One Guard Home warranty. Did not do a thing to fix the heater that runs warm water at best after 5 min of running. The water is on full blast hot and you can put your hand under it. It gets hot then starts to get warm and then colder as it runs. It is obviously not working and heating the water like it should. Told the home warranty group that there was no failure so I get to pay the service fee for absolutely nothing. One Guard is a rip off and DNB are their cronies.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan Solis from DNB Home Services and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Bryan provided exceptional service and demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and expertise.
Bryan arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue at hand. He took the time to explain the problem and the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner, and he answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. Throughout the repair process, Bryan kept me informed and updated on his progress, and he even provided helpful tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future.
What really stood out to me, however, was Bryan's attention to detail and his commitment to quality workmanship. He was meticulous in his work, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was functioning properly before he left. His dedication to getting the job done right the first time was truly impressive.
Bryan's work was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working properly before leaving. He was also very tidy and respectful of my home, cleaning up after himself and leaving everything in pristine condition.
Overall, I would highly recommend Bryan Solis from DNB Home Services for any plumbing needs. His customer service was outstanding, and his workmanship was top-notch. If you're looking for a skilled and reliable plumber, Bryan is the one to call. -
Jameson is a top notch plumbing professional. Jameson provided me with a courtesy phone call to let me know his approximate arrival time. He explained all of my issues and how to best solve them. Jameson treated my home with respect and let me know at all times that he appreciated my business. Great customer service and time management. Punctual. This was a good experience. If I could award Jameson and this company 15 Stars I would!

I hired DNB Home Services to address a leaking shower issue. The plumber came for an initial assessment and provided an estimate. However, he failed to return to complete the repair, missing three scheduled appointments without any communication or explanation. Based on my experience, I would caution others about using DNB Home Services.

These guys were great- I don't know why all the bad reviews. Juan was polite and helpful and got the job done quickly. Old Republic sent out someone from Precision Plumbing first, and they never showed up nor returned my calls! I'm glad they sent DNB to get the job done. I will continue to use them whether I keep the home warranty another year or not.

We recently had DNB provide service to our home through our home warranty company. They arrived on time and the technician was very nice. We had them try to clear a clog that was preventing our washing machine from draining properly. They did work and we were advised if it didnt clear the issue to have them come back.
2nd trip. We were informed that they would have to cut a 2'x2' hole in the wall to diagnose the issue. The hole was cut and the technician determined he needed to get authorization to use a camera. That job was done on Jan 6. I called everyday to get an update and the warranty company informed me that the service manager had not submitted the ticket. I call back the next day, and again and again to find out DMB had yet to submit documentation to the warranty company.
Finally today, Jan 13 the ticket was submitted. Only to determine that the service we needed was not covered by warranty.
If this had been handled by DNB in a timely manner, I would have been able to have this problem fixed quickly instead of waiting an entire week, not being able to use our appliances and spending 8 hours of my own time holding on the phone to try to get answers.
UPDATE: Called a different plumber who came out and cleared our pipes using muratic acid. No idea why DMB didnt try this option vs going straight to saying we need thousands of dollars of repairs. -
Do you own research and you will learn what we did the hard way. GYP JOINT!
Took 3 days for a simple water heater replacement. Then they cheated bc they charged our warranty company for a 50 gal heater, but we got a 40. Last minute they said a 50 wouldn't fit through the door into the attic. 2 minutes internet check proved that wrong. Not wanting to go yet another day without hot water we had no choice but to let this happen. You CAN NOT get anyone to answer a phone there. Their customer is the warranty company--NOT YOU.
One positive, the guys working there were pretty nice, but they know their employer is crooked.
One star is not deserved. -
Mr. M. Rodriguez provided the service for my home today, 3/24/2021. He was timely, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleasant. I had several repairs and he preformed them proficiently. This is the second time my warranty service and sent them to my home. I will be happy to use them again. Thanks so much. I am a happy homeowner!!!

I’m glad my home protection company chose DNB to repair leaky faucets! Kohler technical service virtually diagnosed the problems and furnished parts under their lifetime warranty. Cindy did a nice job scheduling service. Jorge did a very good job installing new cartridges and a plunger. He also resolved a low flow issue with one of the faucets. Thank you to DNB for the excellent service.

Dwayne was absolutely wonderful. He was on time, extremely nice and made sure the job was done correctly. He was also extremely informative and told me exactly what the issues were and why something happened as well as how to enlist the other people needed to get the problem done. He had to come out to my property 2x since my condo association needed to fix an outdoor pipe before internal work could be completed. I have already recommended him several times to other condo owners in our neighborhood.

Submitted a service call with my Home Warranty company, they assigned DNB and after reading reviews I was skeptical. The first appointment I had, I wasn't going to be able to make it in 30 minutes so I had to reschedule for Monday. I received a call from Jeremy Monday morning that he was headed my direction. I have to say Jeremy had the best reviews so I was confident I would receive good service. Jeremy arrived, introduced himself, I showed him my problem, he immediately identified the problem and took action to fix the problem. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the task in a timely manner. I will utilize the company again, because of Service and professionalism that Jeremy provided!

We have used D&B for years and had been very happy with their service. After the Houston February freeze, they responded quickly and got the inside of the house functional. They also removed the master control cutoff for the sprinkler system to order the part. Over a two month period I called three times to get them back out. First they were too busy (which I understood). Then they were going to check on the part. We never heard back and they never got the system going again. Very disappointed.

We live in Cypress and Jimmy with DNB came out and fixed 2 leaking faucets, a dripping shower head, and ran diagnostics on the hot tub to recommend specific repairs for their agent to come back out and fix it. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and went the extra mile.
