The job we had done was to paint the inside and outside of our home and adjacent building. A huge scope of work that included the replacement of siding and some other repairs. Over the course of a project this large, there were some issues, but Turnkey made a significant effort to get the job done in a manner consistent with the quality they promised.

He was hired through a home warranty for a broken hot water heater my kids have been without hot water for a few days now leaving us to go through extreme measures to give them hot showers. We received a text claiming it was a 3 hour drive. However he did not show up at all. We even attempted to call with no answer…once the sun has set and the moon came out we gave up…don’t rely on this company.

We waited until 6 weeks after their work was completed to post this EXCEPTIONAL review!!! EXCEEDED our expectations! Had a kitchen updated: granite, cabinets, lighting, paint, tile...the works. You won't find a better value for this quality of work! Romero was the best painter, Sergio was the best cabinet maker & trim finisher you will ever find and Greg's crew did the plumbing, tile and lighting ----- Very special! My wife and I are delighted. I am so grateful that we found Turnkey. We had two pipes burst from the freeze in Houston. When plumbers were at a premium, we were able to get Turnkey out very quickly to repair our damaged pipes. Then Turnkey came back out the following week to replace the sheetrock and paint our entire living space. Their plumbing crew and painting crew were both very professional, polite and punctual. All the work was completed to our satisfaction. Everyone we worked with at Turnkey provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend them for your next project.

Bob Dimon and his talented, professional crews have done many amazing projects on our home over the last 11 or so years. The remodeled areas done by Turnkey are the most treasured parts of our home. Bob did a great job! We gutted our entire house and he was able to get everything done in time for our move in. He was able to save us money and got us great deal on custom cabinets. He reno my kitchen and made it gas and was able to install all the equipment. We redid out bathroom as well and it was just perfect. Bob's crew did an excellent job of replacing the dark woods with white tile in our house. I would highly recommend Bob for any of your remodeling jobs. No job is too big for Bob.

In June 2023 my wife and I wanted to remodel the secondary bathrooms in our house and replace the carpeting on the 2nd floor. Our house was built in 1998 and needed updates. We asked neighbors, friends and family for references. We got three bids, and Turnkey Painting provided the quickest completion time and was very competitive in cost. We were staying in our home, and all the work would be done on the 2nd floor, so a shorter construction time was very important. Turnkey Painting was able to reduce the construction time by providing 2 crews, one for each bathroom.
The crew members were very professional, and Bob Dimon stopped by on a regular basis to ensure quality work was being performed. This started with the preparation, plastic sheets were placed to cordon off the workspace from the rest of the home to prevent he dust from demo and construction spreading to the 1st floor living spaces.
All the work would be on the 2nd floor of our 2-story home. The work consisted of gutting 2 upstairs bathrooms; a small hall bathroom and a shared bathroom connected to 2 bedrooms, replacing the carpet, and ceiling sheetrock repair . The larger bathroom bathtub \ shower combo was replaced with a shower stall. Bob was involved with part of the design. We needed to replace three vanities. Bob suggested it would be more economical to build the vanities on site, so we agreed to that. We wanted floating vanities, and Turnkey was able to provide.
The carpet on the 2nd floor needed to be replaced. Total floor space was a little over 1000 sq feet. Since we have cats, we decided to go with a luxury vinyl plank flooring. Being on the 2nd floor, the floors were not level. And level floors are needed for the luxury vinyl plank. Bob suggested it would be more economical to use floor leveler instead of backer board, and the floor leveler option turned out great.
Basically, all the upstairs bedrooms were updated, new flooring, new painted baseboards, all painted ceilings. Bob said that he had a painting crew ready to go and offered a discount for painting 4 rooms. My wife were thing that we could get the rooms painted at a later date since we thought it would take more time, Bob assured us that they would do a professional job and would be completed in a couple of days.
Bob also made a few suggestions along the way. The cat litter boxes were in an upstairs walk in closet and Bob suggested that he could add a cat (doggy door) so that the closet door could be closed and add an exhaust fan to help with litter box odors.
Please see before and after pictures of all the work performed. We were very pleased with project completed by Turnkey painting that we only called Turnkey for a couple of smaller projects. We had the foundation leveled in fall of 2023 and in the spring of 2024 called Turnkey to repair sheetrock cracks, some window trim repair and caulk the stair treads. We replaced our aging single pain windows with double pain energy efficient windows. The window company did a great job but could not repair some exterior window trim. We called Turnkey and they repaired all window trim and basically has to repaint the front exterior so that all the front of the house was a single color. Bob noticed that the window lintel was rusted and said that they needed to have the rust cleaned up and repainted. Bob suggested a black color and they turned out great. The lintels support the brick façade over the windows and if rusted out could cause the exterior brick to shift and then cracks would open up.
We will not hesitate to only call Turnkey Painting for future home remodels.

I have been using Turnkey Painting and Remodeling for several years. They did a complete remodeling of a bathroom to accomodate my aging father-in-law. They have also completed plumbing, painting and electrical projects. They even installed critter guards around my solar panels. When there was a project that they were uncomfortable completing they made a referral that was highly qualified. Their pricing has been fair and competetive. More importantly, they stand behind their work. In the event of any issues, they work to resolve them. I have use several handmen over the years. That can't be said of any of them. I can't say enough good things about Turnkey Painting and Remodeling. I never heisitate to refer them.

Despite several requests, Mr. Dimon has refused to complete the work he has started on repairing the damage done to my home several years ago. His workers covered a dryer exhaust vent which means I cannot use the dryer to dry my laundry. His workers apparently took the screen for the patio door, leaving an old screen which does not fit. There are several other minor items left undone.

On a positive note, he did a great job on renovating my kitchen.

I had a leak in my house after having a new roof installed. The roofing contractor came out several times and wouldn't/couldn't fix it. I finally called Bob. He and his workers worked diligently to discover the roofer did not install the roof correctly or notice holes. The roofer refused to stand behind their 5-year guarantee (after 11 months), Bob gave me a very fair price and showed my detailed pictures where the water had been coming in. We've had two intense rain storms since Bob did the repair and no water has come into the house. I will use him going forward.

Bob has done painting work inside and out he’s also done repair work of drywall due to a plumbing leak for me. Once you agree, the price (Which is a very competitive price wise ) he is very quick to get the work done thoroughly and completely the first time. His model is get in get out get done and always high-quality work - I’ve never had to have him come back and redo something.
