My 35 year old home needed foundation repair. The challenge was that all the plumbing fixtures were along the lines where repairs were necessary. James gave me a careful walk through of how the job would be done. J C and his team arrived and did a great job carefully stabilizing the foundation, protecting the plumbing, repairing sprinklers when necessary and cleaning up such that you never knew they were there. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I had James with Dura Pier come inspect my foundation today. He did a thorough inspection inside and outside and didn't find anything wrong. I am appreciative of his honesty. I had 2 other companies come out before James and one of them also said nothing was wrong but the other one said I needed to have the whole house done. I only had a tile pop up in the kitchen, why would I need the whole house done? I am so glad there are still honest people out there.

We appreciate both the work led by Emiliano and performed by the 8 man crew which installed 19 piers- and that’s the 3rd job done at our house- thanks to last years drought. Cost is comparable ($550/pier) to other companies in the area and they even repaired severed water sprinkler lines. We paid cash + financed - attractive

Wonderful crew! They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to my family and friends!

They didn’t honor the warranty. I had to pay for a third party inspector that confirmed the house was still settling and Dura Pier claimed it was the interior of the house and would charge me to correct it. Now I’m going with a different company and have to spend thousands again to get the job done right. Make sure you get confirmation of what they will honor for the work done.

Update: got new work done with a real foundation repair company (Baird). They spent weeks, almost a month, working on my house. They used, what seemed much better components, and kept me informed every day and at every step of the way. Night and day difference compared to the 3 day hack job for the super expensive work.

Dura Pier claim they don’t even have my file (wonder how their “lifetime warranty” works if they can’t even find a file), we even have email exchanges. I’m not interested in discussing this with them anymore.

Do your research and go with a better company.
