The crew was organized, worked hard, cleaned up. The house cracked additionally once picked up which of course not ideal. The company itself was very professional checked doors, leveled after and ensured to clean up. Also they offer financing which is a plus.

What an incredibly great job my crew did in fixing my foundation! The crew was on time, very professional and always left each evening cleaning up from the day! I would recommend Dura Pier to anyone! My Foreman, Roque Martinez was the best!! And Clemente Cardozo helped from the start! Thank You all so very much!👏👏👏

Reymundo came in with his crew and completed the hard work. He was very informative and available to me whenever I was observing their work. As I would expect someone to be with this foundation work. Prior to that I spoke with Blake (sales) after months ago planning to make sure we were on schedule. Monica (billing) too. Thanks everybody. I appreciate it, hopefully now this Houston soil can spare us further work.

This is a great company. James, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained the process to my wife and I. Javier, the job site foreman, and his entire crew exceeded our expectations. The repair work was done properly and our landscape and sprinkler system were put back just as it was prior to the repair work. Dura Pier definitely gets FIVE STARS from my wife and I.

    Cordially,

Dura Pier just finished repairing my foundation, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed! Their team arrived on time every day, and worked SO hard (I can’t even imagine trying to dig all those holes in the clay dirt that’s under my yard!) They were super careful not to disturb anything that wasn’t necessary, and when they left, you’d never even know this huge job had been done on the exterior of my home.
Of course the INTERIOR of my house is where the real magic happened - all the doors close perfectly now, and the cracks in the floors disappeared completely!
I can’t say enough good things about this company and their whole team!
    Highly recommend!!

I’ve used Dura Pier several times. As usual Dura Pier provides 1st class customer service. Raymundo and his crew did a great job shoring up the foundation. They are hard workers and can be relied upon to first class work!

Punctual, Professional, and an overall amazing service. Mr. Dave Mann came over to inspect my foundation issues and was able to recommend my best course of action. I really appreciate the honesty and guidance he was able to offer! Would recommend to anybody and will call again if i ever need.

Reviewed a few companies, got about 3 quotes for foundation repair on my aunts house. We decided that with the Google reviews and the niceness of the engineer we talked to the Dura pier would be the best way to go. We were afraid to be undercut or over charged by other companies. We felt like this company was being the most honest and wasn't going to screw us over... but alas that still happened. No where in any point the contractor told us that they were going to rip up the carpet and then when I asked, well, are you going to put it back? They said yes. I guess I should have specified what "back" meant. As to its original form. Essentially after they ripped up the carpet that my aunt spent $2,400 on they just layed it one the floor like a rug. I was able to just lift it with my hand at any point. I complained to the contractor twice. They sent a guy out and he glued down the carpet in the doorway and that's it. So I complained again. I believe the lady in the office, Monica she sets up the work between the guys and sends them out, sets schedules, sends emails on payments. She called me and basically told me we'll its in the contract that they don't do flooring. That's not their expertise. Well.....I printed everything I was emailed a no where in there did I read that, nor did the contractor tell me that. So she said it was a "he said, she said" thing. And at that point I was mad and was just trying to get her off the phone. I told her google would love my 1 star review. Then she started saying that I still owed her a payment (I didnt). Her contractor took off with the final check two days before hand. Now if he lost the check or what I don't know but I wrote them a total of 3 checks. I was not about to play any games. So I hung up. It wasn't even 5 minutes later she calls me to tell me she's going to send another guy out there to try and fix the carpet but it wasn't their expertise. I'm not sure if that was a last ditch effort to get me to not leave a bad review or what. I mean they did the work and replaced the subfloor but never specified how it was going to be done. My assumption was everything being worked on was from under the house. I'm sure they even broke some glass figures in the china cabinet moving stuff around but I didn't even mention any of that to them. It was such short notice and we didn't know anything inside the house was going to have to be moved (from my initial assumption everything was going to be done under the house). It was just a stressful nightmare, and having to deal with my aunt who's 85 and blinde yell and cry at me. Then me try and communicate with dura pier. Not the job I thought they would have done.

Justin Hollis explained to us the issue with our house foundation, what the data ( level readings) actually tell. What is the remedial actions.
When we decided to move forward he explained the process.
After completing the stabilization he measured the levels again to show slight improvements and set a baseline for future
Recommendation the contractor. Ask for Justin Hollis.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but alas I feel compelled to put this information out there. A couple years ago I hired them to add support and level my pier and beam business. I did not realize that afterward they would not back fill the holes properly and haul off all my dirt from under the shop. Afterward I started having numerous other issues including a small lake forming under the building from all the dirt that was displaced. Fast forward to now and I have spent more money replacing the dirt with bags of sand and the subfloors because everything began to rot and swell from all the standing water. I will say they do have some nice and friendly people in their staff but no real concern for what happens after they do a job.

Emilio (foreman) and his team did an excellent job on our major foundation repair (5 day job). Emilio went above and beyond to fix all issues and left my home and yard looking even better than it was before. Would highly recommend Dura Pier and Emilio!

Although it took more than two months to schedule the Foundation Repairs, the job was well done. The 12 Crew and the Forman Alex and Primo were very professional and arrived on time as scheduled and finished the job on time in two days to install 14 piers. They cleaned up all the dirt, put the plants back and checked the sewage system afterward. Miraculously, all the gaps in the walls disappeared and inside doors close easily now. Worthy the waiting and the charge was reasonable.

After investigating cracks in my parents home I had several foundations repair companies come to investigate. All companies gave the exact repair plan but John at Dura Pier was very personable and I felt he provided me with the information we needed to make the best decision to repair the foundation. John explained the process and answered all my questions and suggested if I choose Dura Pier he would set me up with one of his top team leaders Johny C. advising he had many years in the foundation repair business. After weighing our options I negotiated with John and we came up with a plan that was within our budget and made all necessary repair to the foundation. When Johny’s team showed up he was very thorough and evaluated my repair plan to make sure it was efficient. Johny’s Team completed our repairs within 2 days. They took their time lifting each section not to over stress the foundation and after they finished they did an amazing job cleaning up. Choosing a foundation company can be intimidating especially since it’s a large expense but I definitely feel I made the best decision choosing Dura Pier.

Steve Jones and his team were very professional and took care of my foundation repairs.
Steve was very honest and thorough in providing the assessment. He gave a fair estimate for the repair job. Tracy, office manager, was very efficient in scheduling, getting city permits and scheduling post sewer leak tests; The foreman and crew came on time and finished the foundation repair: landscape and sprinkler system were put back as before.
Several months later, due to several rainstorms, dirt was sinking in several areas of repair. Tracy was quick in scheduling a team to come out and added new dirt. George and Elvis came and did a nice job filling the holes. I highly recommend Dura Pier Foundation Repair if you have foundation issues.

I highly recommend Dura Pier. After losing my home to Hurricane Beryl, I had to begin new construction after the previous structure was demolished. Based on an engineering assessment, a 70 year old tree falling on my home caused damage to the original foundation. While I sought quotes from several companies, I was immediately impressed with the organized and timely responses from Dura Pier. My initial consultation with John provided clarity of process, timeline for completion, and narrowed action steps. After consultation, my written and verbal communication with Monica outlined requirements to secure a contract and start date. She even gave a full description of startup. On the first day of repair, foreman Anderson shared a work plan with my contractor and even reviewed progress on site with me the following day. He gave assurance that I would receive a detailed pre and post evaluation and committed to full clean up upon completion. No question was too big or small. I met supervisor Clemente on site and had a brief call with office manager, Erin, to confirm expectations as the home owner. I am sharing these details because Dura is top notch! Their professionalism extends beyond administrative duties to service execution. While the work is newly completed, I am a pleased patron!

James Rudel came out by recommendation of my neighbor. He was on time and super helpful.
He checked our house from the exterior then inside for cracks and brought in his machine to take measurements of displacement. To the amazement and surprise to him and to me was we had no foundation problems. He said I have to be honest to say I would hope to have found a problem but I did not! Great news. So they will fix your issues but also be just as honest as to say when you do not have any issues. Thank you

The workers were very friendly and hard working. Even during times of stress, they all had a smiley face. They were able to explain the work they were doing and that too in a friendly way. The job had a very good finishing and I've no complaints

If you run into foundation issues I highly recommend Dura Pier Foundation Repair. They were excellent from start to finish. Justin, the sales person clearly explained the work needed. The project leader Reymundo was there overseeing the work all day. The crew was amazing and left the work area clean. Most important they fixed the problem.

Moisture and Odor Issues After Repairs – Requesting Resolution.

We hired DuraPier for foundation and plumbing repairs, but months later, major leaks required the entire system to be redone. After the second repair, we began experiencing moisture and a bad odor; an opening in the slab appears: 1) not to have been fully sealed, and 2) the hole not backfilled completely. The excavation area beneath the house remains persistently wet.

On February 9, we were told this was “normal” without an on-site inspection. We sought independent input and followed up again on February 12, requesting corrective action, but have not yet received further response.

We are simply asking that the work be completed properly at no additional cost and remain open to resolving this matter promptly.

This was the second time I have had to have foundation repaired. This time the work had to be done from inside the house. Johny C. and his crew created a plastic barrier that kept dust confined. They moved the furniture and put plastic on the walls to protect them. It was quite a big deal to do the repair and Johny C. and his crew were timely and professional.

I only wish the initial person we spoke with had explained that this time they would be doing the work from the inside. I recommend Dura Pier and particularly Johnny C's crew.
