Called in about getting an estimate for a plumbing problem I am having. Sandra answered and was very rude and used a lot of sarcasm about getting certain information from me about the issue. Was not professional at all and made me feel more uncomfortable than anything. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We hired sandtech to do work at my 90+ year old father's home. We had used them previously for foundation repairs. This time we had water pipes replaced throughout the house.
Everything seemed great but after sheetrock repairs following the water pipe installation (sandtech GC'd all), the sink was clogged. Sandtech sent plumber to unclog and they didn't get it unclogged.
I called again a few times but they came back and never made it right . Disappointing,. Shame on us for paying beforehand. Sad for my Dad cause it was a big expense!

This company has come through and fixed the issue...my faith is restored and
i really appreciate the response and help. I would recommend ST Construction without hesitation

I had a house disaster and my insurance agency, USAA, recommended Stacy and the team. Best repair experience I have ever been involved with. From water mitigation, framing, sheetrock, painting, tile, plumbing, these guys do it all at a high level. And left a clean job site once complete. Happy to recommend.

After many years of putting off some much needed foundation work, and after seeking estimates from 3 different companies, we chose to hire Sandtech for our foundation repair. The bid was right in the middle of the others we received, but the detailed measurements, explanation of the work to be done, and the thorough inspection of the house was far superior. The scheduling was a bit of a challenge at first because they were backlogged with plumbing jobs after winter storm URI but they managed to get us on within a few weeks from the time we contacted them. The team assigned to our project was awesome! They were at our house ready to go before 8am every day and they worked incredibly hard and very quickly to get things done. Since our house was sinking in the middle, we required both interior and exterior piers (about 23 total). Throughout the process they kept us informed, showed us what they were finding (we had some huge roots under our house!) and left the work site super clean at the end of each day. We were able to stand in the house while they lifted it and we could literally see the cracks in the walls fuse back together. We were totally pleased with the quality of the work. These guys didn't leave any traces of trash behind, in fact, they took the extra dirt from the excavations and filled some low spots in our yard with it. At the end of the job, they power washed our driveway and left it better than it had looked in years. It's been a few months since the work was complete and we are completely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Sandtech for foundation work if you ever need it in the future!

Stacey and his team completely blew out my expectations. From beginning to end they were very professional and honest. Bobby, project manager, always kept me informed on the step by step when redoing my master bathroom. Even though, there were little set backs throughout the process, the job finished before the expected time. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their bathrooms. I know, me and my family will be clients for life!

My review is years overdue. A pipe blew out on our water heater and caused lots of water damage throughout the house. My insurance recommended this company to complete our repairs. We were very satisfied with their communication, thoroughness, and craftsmanship. Would definitely use again if the need ever arises and highly recommend.

We used Stacey and his team for a complete kitchen and master bathroom renovation. He was highly recommended by a family member. From start to finish, we were kept in the loop on progress. Everything was reviewed with us in advance to ensure our satisfaction, and satisfaction was a definite. Geoff was our project lead and was so great to work with. Hired ST construction to assess plumbing issues and foundation issues on a recently purchased home sitting on a slab on grade foundation. From the first visit they were very professional. Keith who's co owner personally went out. His follow up report was clear and he gave his straightforward opinion. The cost was a little on the high side for our budget so we opted for the foundation work only. After the work was complete, we realized working with Keith and his team was worth every penny. We've been working with several subcontractors on our house and they've consumed a lot of our time, money, and stress. The plumber we chose did an ok job but left us with more work and took longer than expected. With ST Construction, Keith and his team delivered sooner than anticipated, did quality work and focused on details. After digging to place fountain piers they went ahead and moved dirt to areas in the yard that were lower. They took everything with them and replaced concrete neatly in square cuts. Digging was only the minimal amount required to fulfill the work. I understand not everyone will always have the same experience but I would highly recommend Keith and ST construction for foundation and plumbing assessments and repairs.

I had a fire inside my house with extensive smoke damage. SandTech started from the studs and redid my entire house. They were professional and courteous and easy to work with. They worked very efficiently with my insurance company also. They redid my entire house interior better than it was before the fire. I would recommend them to everyone.

Since Sandtech did my dad and my daughter’s plumbing, I hired them to redo my 50-year-old sewer lines and they did a great job. I snuck in into the tunnels before they backfilled and was very impressed. Everything was secure and even though they had to tunnel more than estimated, they didn’t change the price. I am absolutely satisfied with Sandtech. They even put in an extra p-trap port for draining the pool backflush and did a good cleanup job putting all that dirt back.
