I called them twice last week and also emailed them twice and finally got a call today-
A week later!!! Really?

Curtis Miller came out to give me an estimate on what I thought ( assumed ) was a sinking corner in my foundation. He spent an hour of his time taking measurements and talking to me about what he saw - which ended up being him telling me he could not sell me a solution, because in fact my foundation was not sinking. He actually assured me most of my slab was well within tolerances, with one small raise in the corner in question most likely due to the pooling water outside causing the ground to swell, and stay more saturated than the rest. Appreciate the time he took to continue to educate me on foundations, and what to look for etc even after he knew he had no sale today.

I couldn't be happier with Curtis and Hy-tech. They were able to give me a fair estimate and complete the job flawlessly within a week. I will recommend Hy-Tech to anyone.

They had done some work for me in the past and did a great job. However, since then the company has been a problem. The estimate took longer to get from what I was told. When I emailed about a question they did not email back. And when the date came for them to do the work, they never showed up. No call was made to me stating that they would have to reschedule. Quality of service has severely declined.

Curtis and his team Noa were so AWESOME! The inspector came out and said EXCELLENT job! Fast, great communication, very professional and friendly! Now we can get this rehab off to a great start!
