Terrible place to load and unload please be ready to wait it’s very unorganized and no one seems to know anything…Also website says the close at 4:30pm but the close at 3:00pm They say the open at 7:00am but the don’t get started until 8:30am.Only way you take a load or receive a load from these people is if it’s the only option

Management turned this place around, they do a great job! 8/10 simply because the roads in and out of there need to be repaired.

It’s not a good place

As a fellow truck driver, I have never experienced the worst moment of waiting for hours just to be unloaded. I was constantly ignored & had to wait even longer.

Sometimes it’s not terrible but it’s a little wild watching all these forklifts and people standing around doing nothing and the line of trucks just getting longer and longer

You'll need to learn how to wait, I was the second truck in line and as soon as they opened the gate at 7:30am we pulled in, it took them less than an hour to get a full truck unloaded. I would say they need more forklift drivers but not bad as this reviews describe it. God Bless ✌

If you’re coming to pick up here and u’re reading this just cancelled ur load now and book some else, just for one pallet they will take hours really bad place!!!

Terrible experience. Been waiting 4 hours and still not loaded. Staff are lazy and careless

They say they open at 7 AM, but no one really gets to work before 7:30. If you show up around 6:40, you'll probably be second in line. There's plenty of room around the place to park overnight - no one will bother you.

PS by 7:45 am they start working like clockwork... (2 cars unloading)

This place is a joke! I hauled a load for this company and was told to deliver on Saturday. After driving like hell and getting there Saturday morning they to me that the whole company was doing trainin, come back Monday. On top of that the broker for this load, TQL had the nerve to call me and say that I was aggravating the lady when I called twice. Get your forms and scaffolding from somewhere else if you don't want to be part of this horrible company.
