We have an old house in West U that sits on pier & beam and a later addition has slab. Hi Tech has been out to fix both types of foundations over time and just did a major foundation project. These guys are not only great, they come and do the project at the time they said set and their customer service is one of the best! Highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, the people at Hy-Tech were a pleasure to work with. Tim Lopez came out at the start of the job, taking readings and explaining what they would be doing. Noe came out on day two to see how the job was coming along. This ended up being a more difficult job than they expected but Job Foreman, Juan and his crew worked hard to meet the deadline. The project ended up taking an extra day and they came out on Saturday to backfill the holes and lay cement. Jose Luis and his crew did a great job filling everything in and cleaning up. Very professional!

Curtis came and surveyed my home when I purchased it. It was clear the home had some previous foundation work so I wanted to check the status. It was a good thing because there were issues. Curtis was timely, courteous, and knowledgable explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Hy-Tech, especially if you can get Curtis Miller to do the technical assessment.

Excellent repair in 2011. And, unlike many companies, they have been around for 35 years! This is SO important because a "life-time warranty" is only good if the company is still in business! Strongly recommend Hy-Tech Foundation Repair!

Hy-Tech Foundation has refused to honor their work and the life time warranty for work done. Very stressful to deal with this company.

I can speak highly enough about Hy-Tech foundation and specifically Curtis. They have the upmost honesty and integrity.

I had Hy-Tech out to give a second opinion after DuWest (who warranted my previous repair) gave me an astronomical quote for the “new” work that was needed over and above the warrantied adjustments to failed piers. Curtis took all the measurements and told me revealed that my house was perfectly level. DuWest had tried to cheat me out of $20K+.

I will refer Hy-Tech Foundation to all my real estate clients going forward.

Curtis arrive on time exactly when he said he would and called ahead to notify he was on the way. He took measurements all over my house and explained that they were well within the allowable tolerances. They did not try to sell me any repairs that were not needed. I give this company a 5 star rating and would definitely have them do the repairs if needed.

I purchased an investment property recently knowing that it would need to be leveled. Cullen worked with my schedule so that the following day after closing his crew was ready. They found an entire beam needed replacing and made this repair and the full leveling in less than the estimated time. They even went out and inspected another property that I own and addressed those problems as well. They take extra care as to not alter your siding and other cosmetic aspects of your home while making the repairs. You will not be disappointed with their craftsmanship in an way.

Hy-Tech lifted the front of our house that settled. They had the job done in three days! The crew was respectful of our property and did excellent clean up. We can now finish our remodel and install the tile floors.

My repairs were done in June of 2015. It is now early February, 2018. I had significant work done outside my home. I remain a satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Mr. Curtis Miller's, the company representative, demonstrated involvement in my project from selling me through completion. Mr. Miller was careful to insure that a very large, 35 year old goldfish pond remained intact by working around said pond. After repairs, the created void around the pond was carefully hand filled and I have had no voids develop. This attention to my unique needs allow me the recommend both the company and Mr. Miller.

I was evaluating the purchase of a residence that has some cracks in the foundation. There was a very small option window in which I could get professional help to decide about the purchase. Hy-Tech went way out of their way to schedule and get an evaluation inspection for me. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved. I am a registered architect and have seen no other firm provide any better service than did Hy-Tech. I recommend the use of Hy-Tech for your foundation needs without reservation.

I live in a condo. They lied about what they were going to do to my home. They tore up my yard, destroyed my plants, throwing them to the side and then replanting them dead. They tore up my sprinkler system and it no longer works. They ripped off my down spouts from the gutters, leaving them pointing straight down, so the water dugs holes next to the foundation. They replaced the ground soil with the clay they dug up being put in top. My brick edging is now deep down or just not there anymore.

I called Hy-Tech and requested an inspection and quote on very short notice. They were able to send someone that afternoon and to provide a quote before they left the job site. Curtis arrived early for the appointment and was informative and helpful. I’ll be calling Hy-Tech for other homes as well.

Hy-Tech is exceptional. First off, they were very helpful in explaining the quote. They were very flexible in coordinating the work around my schedule. I have a 1200 sq ft house from the 1930s with a pier and beam foundation. The foundation was leveled and beams replaced as promised, plus the work was done on time. I strongly recommend hiring Hy-Tech Foundation.

I used Hy-Tech 8 years ago to repair my foundation. Recently we listed our home for sale and the inspector listed foundation issues on the report so I immediately reached out and got Cullen. He came out to the house very quickly took measurements and concluded that the foundation was perfect and the work from 8 years ago held up exactly as it should! Excellent outfit. Our house is over 100 years old, and we've used Hy-Tech for many years. Not the cheapest of the companies we looked at—and we do our research each time—but very competitive prices and excellent quality of work. Curtis, the sales and measurement guy, is top-notch. We asked a lot of him and ran him around quite a bit, and not only did he indulge us, he handled it all very courteously and kindly. A servant-leader if I've ever seen one.

The crew was equally as professional. They explained what they were doing and why. The foreman was transparent with us when they encountered issues (such as the fact that the ground was so water-saturated that the pier blocks couldn't get as much lift as we wanted). Cleaned up the job site and stayed late to make sure it was done right.

Will be calling Curtis the next time we need help with our 100-year old pier-and-beam.

Our church has used Hy-Tech Foundations on several different projects over the last two decades, and has always been pleased with their work.

In June 2018, the foundation on our theater building needed to be leveled. Hy-Tech Foundations proposed a plan of work that was reasonable in price and scope, and which was also able to accommodate a very tight schedule between scheduled activities. The foundation work required both interior and exterior piers to accomplish the needed leveling. The company began work on time and finished a day ahead of schedule while minimizing disruption as much as possible. Mr. Miller came by to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. The crew were all very hard workers and very professional in their interactions with the church staff. They also did a great job of cleaning both the interior and exterior work areas. The interior piers were finished to be level with the existing concrete floor.

I hired Hy-Tech in May to lift part of my foundation. Curtis came and gave me a very honest and quick diagnostic. We were on a very tight timeframe and they helped us get things done on-time despite a huge workload. Two teams came to the house and were very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Hy-tech Foundation Repair several times. We have found them to always do an excellent job. We called them in regards to a warranty issue and an additional problem with our parents house. Curtis came out looked at the issues and advised they would take care of any warranty issues as well they would fix a problem with a floor Joyce which was not an item they had worked on before. Their pricing and response to our needs were fast and once they were done the site was clean. We would and have recommended them to our friends.

We were in need of foundation repair and Hy-Tech was one of the companies that was refered to us by friends. After having 4 companies come out to bid we decided to go with Hy-Tech. The deciding factors were:
1. The professionalism of Curtis Miller (the man who came out and took the measurements and gave us the quote). He also took the time to discuss the plan, what needed to be done, and why.

2. Their pricing was very reasonable, not the lowest (my experience in these matters is that the lowest isn't necessarily the best option) but, they were also not the highest.

3. The professionalism of the crew. The crew that came out were very polite and stayed on task the entire time. Unfortunately, it took more time than expected (not uncommon when dealing with projects like this) but they were more than accommodating in working with our schedule. There was an unfortunate incident that happened with the gas line during back filling one of the holes but, they took ownership and contacted us and the gas company immediately to get it fixed quickly. Even though it was very inconvenient for us Hy-Tech did as best they could considering it was a weekend, making it difficult to contact Center Point.

4. They also have the ability to offer 1 year, 0% interest, which can be of help.

Overall, we are pleased with the work and have no problem or hesitation giving them referrals.
