I had a leak that wasn't discovered for a few days. The plumber came to correct, but the assigned restoration crew did not come in behind them to start the dry out process. After two days of nothing happening, I called PuroClean and spoke with a gentleman named Delight. He is a delight! He came right out and has helped me through each stage of this process. He is very knowledgeable, providing me with a great sense of relief.

He is very responsive and answers or returns calls/texts quickly. That kind of service is more and more difficult to find.
