Jarret and Mark were great! I had a challenging job. They stripped a weird sealer off my travertine, then they cleaned, sealed, polished and repaired some holes. Now every time I walk into the kitchen or family room I think there’s water on the floor because it’s so shiny. Scheduling and communication with Jarret was easy and straightforward. I will have them clean my stone every couple years. It makes such a huge difference.I would highly recommend them.

Mark did a great job on my marble entryway. We did a major home remodel and our contractor installed and then promptly ruined our marble entryway--deep scuffs and scratches everywhere. Modern stone care was able to refinish and restore the marble tile until it shined the way it is supposed to. Cannot recommend them enough!

Modern Stone Care did an exceptional job restoring my Travertine tile to like new condition. They removed 10+ tears of build-up and left the floors polished and beautiful. I took a chance and used Modern Stone Care based on their reviews. Best decision I made all year. Jarrett and Mark are extremely professional, friendly and most importantly fast, efficient and know how to clean and restore the luster to a variety of stonework. They brought the marble tile in my powder room back to its original luster after being accidentally stripped when my dad tried cleaning it for me with harsh chemicals. My kitchen floor looks like we haven't had numerous 4 legged children for over 20 years, you can actually see the original color of the grout! I highly recommend Jarrett and Mark for your stone care needs!

We were very pleased with Jared and Mark’s work in our bathroom floors. We had someone else clean our grout and they totally etched our marble floors. Modern stone care took care of the problem and the floors are beautiful. They also did our countertops. They were prompt and work steadily to resolve the problem. We will use again on the travertine on our bottom floor. Thank you very much!!!!

The floors are shiny and I am pleased with that, so I'll give a conditional recommendation.
The cautions: They held a conversation over the machine noise the whole time. We were working from home and their conversation could be heard everywhere in the house.
The baseboards and sometimes the walls get splashed and have a residue that does not all get cleaned by them.
They took the finish off the wood transitions in two rooms while cleaning -which one denied doing-and added back something for shine that lasted only a few days. The machines also took a few chunks out of our kitchen island.
I am pleased with how the floors look and I appreciate that they measured the space for price; I had overestimated by about 100sq ft and so when they measured, it was less, thus cheaper in my favor. I caution the other aspects as those may be deal breakers for some, while they may not bother others.

WOW. I have rarely experienced this kind of customer service in my adult life. I sent a message on the web page requesting a call back regarding travertine cleaning and polishing. I received a call back within an hour from Mark Cusic. My project was pretty small and I expected to hear the usual “we hav
a minimum sf requirement”. Instead I was immediately told they charge by sf and they would measure and charge for that. Since my project was small he scheduled me for the next day. To my surprise he and his partner (Jarod) showed up dressed very nice in shorts and polo shirts. They did exactly what they said and did a beautiful job. Words cannot express I elated I was on the beautiful job. In addition they did not try to up-sale me any products. All in all very nice gentlemen and I highly recommend Modern Stone Care for your flooring needs. The pictures attached doesn’t do justice to how big a difference the cleaning and polishing made on a floor that hadn’t been properly maintained in 14 years. (1st pic before; 2nd pic after)

What an amazing job modern stone care did on my marble floors, oh my goodness! I've never had my marble floors cleaned until today, now I regret not doing it sooner. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to see a significant improvement and their stone floors. Really nice folks who come to the house and they leave the house very clean and neat.

Modern Stone Care did a great job on restoring 29 year old travertine kitchen floor tile. They also showed us how to keep care of the floor tile. Price was very fair. Not supposed to use Pine Sol, as not good for floor stone (I have been using Pine Sol for last two years).. MSC polished the stone and restored its sheen. Great job!

We had Modern Stone Care refinish our countertops. They let us see a matte finish before doing all of the countertops and after we saw it we really liked it. It only took them a couple of hours. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again

Jared and Mark did a fantastic job bringing our 18 year old travertine flooring back to life. It looks brand new. They even filled the holes that occurred over time across our floor. Highly recommend.
