Sir Grout provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. Sir Grout cleaned the grout in shower in the master bedroom and applied caulk to various areas (e.g., showers, sinks, tubs, countertops, etc.). Jorge, who is proud of his business (and I can see why!), was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would do business with Sir Grout again.

Sir Grout Houston repaired/replaced the grout/caulk on our entryway floor tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, master shower tiles. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial owner’s (Courtney) visit/quote, to the finished quality of the work performed by the craftsman (Nico). Very professional, pleasant, accommodating folks at Sir Grout Houston. I highly recommend them for any type of tile repair/replacement work.

My bathroom looks completely brand new (!!) and clean after I hired Sir Grout. The price was reasonable, they scheduled the work in a timely manner, and the tech was efficient and professional. I hired Sir Grout Houston to clean and recaulk my entire master shower. They did a phenomenal job! It's brand new again. Jose did a wonderful job and took his time to make sure he did a good job. The owner Jorge is great too. Called me right after the job was done to check in.

I was in a pinch, having just closed on a new home, with furniture being delivered, without having the grout on our floors sealed. I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called we arrived at my house. Hats off to the customer service these techs receive. We had not been cleaning our shower as well as needed due to medical issues. Sir Grout came to the rescue. Jorge was very easy to work with and stayed in constant communication with me. Nico came to the house to perform the work and did an excellent job. No more dirt or mold. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. We were even given cleaner to use that should last a few years.

Then just a couple of days later, Nico came out to do our repairs. We had issues that needed to be addressed in 3 of our bathrooms. Nico did an amazing job! I could not believe how well our master shower turned out. That was by far the biggest project and it came out looking just like new. Thank you for your hard work, Nico! They did such great work! Our old shower looks fantastic now! I only wish I'd taken "before" pics...but I really couldn't stand it so I wasn't thinking about memorializing the way it used to look!

Jose showed up when he said he would. He was meticulous in his work. Everything looks great. His clean up was perfect. Just cannot be more satisfied. Use these people if you wish to be satisfied beyond your expectations.

Extremely happy with our Sir Grout experience. Moved into an older home recently but didn't want to update the bathrooms right off the bat. Had Sir Grout clean, seal and epoxy the shower stalls and bathtubs instead and they really brought the tile and old grout back to life. Well priced, incredibly responsive and the technicians were top-shelf. Can highly recommend.

I NO longer cringe every time I look at my kitchen backsplash and powder room floor! Staining and sealing the grout has worked wonders!!! I love the stain colors that were suggested and then applied. The pH neutral
cleaner that Sit Grout sells is great. I’ve been using it on my porcelain floor tiles the last 2 weeks. It cleans well and leaves no sticky residue. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was very detailed. Staining and sealing the grout was a great investment!

I just purchased a condo and inherited a kitchen and bathroom that required a lot of work on the worn tile and missing sections of grout. I was expecting an expensive remodel of both rooms due to the lack of maintenance from the previous owner. I called many tile/grout specialists in Houston to find Todd and his crew is the ONLY company in Houston that actually replaces grout and does not do a patch job. Instead, they remove the old grout and add new grout (at the SAME price as the competitors that do patch work).

Tylar came in and did a great job at replacing my worn and missing grout in the bathroom and kitchen. The caulk job in the shower was also perfect and unnoticeable. Other tile cleaners wanted to charge me a high price as they had to bring in steam cleaners to the 4th floor but it was not required. He also showed me how to use the proper chemicals to clean my tile as my house cleaner was using solutions with bleach which is not recommended (tip: get their proprietary formula to clean and seal your tile). The bathroom and kitchen look brand new without requiring a remodel. The colors have come back to life on the tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic company and experience! From start to finish they made all of our bathroom projects so easy. They were very responsive, organized the work to be done quickly and the price for the quality of work was extremely reasonable. I had them re-do 3 of our showers and they are now like new. I reccomend if you are looking for grout work not to look any further, this is an exceptional company. I would give more stars if I could.

Nico did an incredible job cleaning, re-grouting and sealing my entry way, kitchen, bathrooms and shower basin! My home is almost 20 years old and the tiles had lost their shine. Now I'm in love with them again at just a fraction of the cost of replacing all the tile!

Very professional! Great to work with! I have a new build where the grout had moved / cracked and the silicone was starting to mold. These guys knocked it out of the park!
