Sir Grout did an amazing job. Sent a request for a virtual quote, got it scheduled for within 48 hours. Jorge called within the time frame and showed him our shower, what we were wanting, and then what they can do. Jorge explained everything and how it would work. He provided the quote which was EXACTLY in line with what we were hoping (not cheap enough that you wonder if quality will suffer, and not expensive enough you feel you might be getting ripped off).

Due to a rush, we requested ASAP and Jorge was able to schedule it for Saturday (there is a small additional fee for weekend work, worth it!), and got it scheduled.

Jose arrived at the scheduled time, explained what he would be doing, and went to work. He worked extremely hard and managed to get it all done within a day. This was not just putting new caulking down, they removed ALL the old, crummy caulking, cleaned it, and applied new. Let us pick out the grout/caulking color as well. It looks like a BRAND NEW BATHROOM!

We could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend to anyone needing a bathroom update that doesn't break the bank.

Reached out for some DIY advice/tips because he’s based in Texas and I’m in Miami. Shut me down immediately and told me “I wouldn’t know what to do.” Then told me he had a partner in Miami. If his initial response was kinder and less obnoxious, I probably would’ve hired him to do the job for me. Poor customer service skills, missed out on a willing client.

This company does good work and have reasonabe prices. However, they have proven unreliable recently and refused to honor a warranty repair for my bathroom. This is despite my repeated attempts... and I mean repeated attempts to contact them. They've taken to ghosting me and no longer respond to my emails.
