Kaitlyn Thornton was very helpful in getting a temporary chute set up for some home renovations in my townhome! team was clean and tidy and left minimal to no mess!!

Excellent company! We have a large two-shower head Master Shower that was having some grout/caulking issues. Based on other reviews, I called Sir Grout to explain the problem and set-up an estimate. Estimate was quickly scheduled and performed as scheduled. The Ops Manager that performed the estimate was thorough, totally knowledgeable of his product/service, and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain the issues and project plan to us. The Tech who preformed the work was outstanding! Once again, he went over everything with us and did a meticulous job on the re-grout. Went out of his way to ensure that a grout issue left over from the initial house build was taken care of.

Sir Grout is very in-tune with COVID-19 safety precautions. They offered us a virtual estimate (we declined), came and worked masked, wore booties, minimized payment contact, etc.

Overall, an excellent experience with Sir Grout.

What a disappointment. We used Sir Grout a year ago to repair and seal the travertine in one shower and to clean and seal the tile in another shower-- and we were pleased with their service and the results. When I recently discovered a crack in our travertine shower floor, I immediately called them expecting the same good work and service for this repair job. Wrong!

They apparently didn't care to get repeat business and basically told me our job was too small to be worth their time. Mark couched it as being honest and considerate: "we would have to overcharge you and we probably would not be able to do a good job up to our standards if we repaired this.... and it would cost you too much to re-grout the entire floor." When I told him I was disappointed and had called them because they had done good work for me just one year ago.... Mark said he would talk to the owner and call me back in the morning. Have you already guessed that he never called back?

1 star for really poor customer service, a blatant mercenary attitude, and a disregard for customer loyalty and company reputation.

The silver lining is that I found a wonderful company that did the repair work the very next day: The Grout Doctor. They did a beautiful job. Call them instead!

I had a mosaic marble floor installed in a bathroom by a less than competent contractor. Sir Grout came in and re-grouted the floor and made it look amazing for less than $500. I was about to have the floor ripped up when I saw a Sir Grout van in the area and am so glad I gave them a call. Thank you Courtney and Ruben for your professionalism, timeliness, and workmanship.

Disappointed with the bathroom cleaning by Sir Grout. A month after their service, it was worse than before. Just get some CLR and clean it . The solution they sell did nothing.

These people do an incredible job of shower and tile restoration. They made our showers look brand new, like the day they were built. The owner explained the process in great detail when he gave us the estimate. The price was a great value. The work went exactly as he explained. Xavier, the technician that did our work, was fantastic. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions. Then he did a great job with attention to detail. I wish I would have known about these people 5 years ago; I would have done the job then. I give them my highest possible recommendation. They are simply fantastic.

Sir Grout basically made a 27 year old kitchen tile and marble entryway look better than new!

Not only the grout, but the entire flooring surface was spotless when the crew finished.

The work was neat, our other floors (wood) protected and it was clear that the work was being done by perfectionists.

We’re very happy with the work done at our house! Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the grout in two bathrooms at the house. Their work turned out looking great! Will definitely be using them again for future grout work.
