Very happy with the responsiveness of Pinnacle Electric. We lost power to half our house and the utility company didn't show any outages in our area, so we called Pinnacle Electric on late Sunday afternoon. James was quick to arrive, friendly, polite, and although he realized our issue ended up being on the utility companies side after all, while he was here he did a quick check of our panel and our fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I will definitely call Pinnacle Electric in the future should we have any electrical work at our house.

I've used Pinnacle Electric twice now and both times the service and professionalism were outstanding. My first experience was in 2019 when I needed wiring repaired to my smoke detectors throughout the house. The second time was a week ago when I needed a 14-50 outlet installed in the garage. In both cases they arrived on-time, did the work properly and on budget. For the outlet in the garage I actually needed to have the ground pin orientation changed post-installation and they accommodated my request and had it changed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend for any electrical or wiring related project.

Jack installed some fixtures and a plug for me. He was efficient, friendly, and completed the job. I will use MS again for my electrical needs.

Joshua R came on time and was extremely friendly. He came to install a new outlet under our sink for a new dishwasher. He thoroughly explained the installation and gave us an upfront cost with no surprises. His work was done thoughtfully and quickly. We will absolutely use Mr Sparky again for future work.

Justin and Mr. Sparky were amazing. Did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Very professional and courteous. I am most definitely recommending them to family and friends.

Jeremy was great. I was advised that he was on his way. Jeremy was polite and friendly. He was respectful of my house and fully investigated my problem. He made sure the problem was isolated to the fixture and offered options to repair it. Price was reasonable. Will definitely recommend him and Mr. Sparky.

Had a great experience with mister sparky. Raidel was extremely helpful explaining in detail what he found and how he was going about performing the work. His professionalism and experience showed. It was also very pleasant dealing with the young lady on the phone when scheduling a visit. All in all, a very professional outfit and trustworthy.

Jose was a wonderful Electrician and person! He made my mother and I feel very comfortable with him in our home. He fixed the old switches and was so personable and kind. Jose is a great employee and whatever he is getting paid, it is not enough. I was shocked at the Mister Sparky prices being so high, but that is not Jose's fault. Jose did a wonderful job! Jose needs a raise but your prices are too high!

David was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. He gave us several options based on our needs and explained in detail. He was very upfront and honest about his recommendations.

Jaret took the time to inspect the entire unit upstairs and downstairs from an electrical perspective. Also went ahead and reviewed the emergency outside breaker. To my surprise there wasn't an emergency breaker for my unit.
Jaret reviewed and showed me issues with my current breaker panel and what it would take to mitigate the issues I have been having.
The team also waived my trip charge which was a bonus. I have a plan to replace two panels and you can bet I will use this company. Absolutely appreciate the transparency and honesty. I highly recommend this company and Jaret.

I've always used Mr Sparky for my electrical repairs. They always provide excellent service and this time was no exception. Their technician Bryant was very professional and thorough in finding the best, most cost-effective solution to my problems. He explained and showed me the broken sockets and switches that caused me to lose electricity. He.worked to get everything repaired and inspected the work with me to assure satisfaction.
I am very pleased with the work and recommend Mr Sparky for home electrical repairs.

Called around 7 on a Saturday night and they had some here within an hour and a half. Thomas fixed the issue as he had the part on his truck and knew what he was doing. Very pleased.
