Great experience! Electrician Andrew was friendly and professional. He installed a new light fixture in our attic, a new porch light and a new outdoor covered plug. He discussed plans with me and then kept me updated throughout the 3 installs. We also have a future project in mind and Andrew gave us ideas on how it could be done and the approximate cost. Definitely recommend Mr. Sparky.

I contacted Mr. Sparky on Friday and was set up with an appointment on Monday. There were email and text messages to confirm the Appointment and contact from the owner. I was called when the technician was on the way. Christian did an excellent job of inspecting our equipment and we talked through all of our options. He was polite and very thorough. I was impressed with Mr. Sparky and Christian in particular.

Christian was great. On-time, professional, clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. He broke down the different solutions and options and completed the project the same day. Highly recommend.

Christian Tohon, was the technician sent by Mr Sparky. He introduced himself as well as introduced Mr Sparky commitment to quality Customer Service. He assessed the problem, he communicated the issue and had several recommendations concerning the repairs. I appreciated Christians expertise and knowledge of the situation. Christian recommended several options available during the repair to upgrade my electrical service. He explained each option thoroughly. He completed the repair and ensured I was totally satisfied before he left. He cleaned up after the repair. I would recommend Mr Sparky to family and friends. Christian stands behind his work and Mr Sparks’s primary mission of Customer Satisfaction. This was the first time I used Mr Sparky, my experience was very positive and will definitely use them again.

Mr Sparky, Technician Jeremy H did a great job and very professional. He thoroughly explained what I needed to have replace/added for my safety and completed the task. Definitely will request him again for future job. Thank you, Jeremy.

Jaret was super professional and polite. I had a damaged main line. He explained what work needed to be done in detail, and was able to schedule the repair the same day. I will definitely refer all my family and friends to Mister Sparky, and will call them for all of my future electrical work.

Jeremy the electrician gave us a $6,000 quote for a job another electrician quoted me $1,000. They don’t make it easy to get a free quote and found the process not trustworthy

I am so happy with Mr Sparky. Their technician Christian showed up shortly after the storm hit which caused a major problem with my breaker box and outlets throughout the house. He fixed a lot of issues that evening working late into the night and came back two days later to diagnose And follow through on another problem that I knew existed. I’m very happy with the work that was done and Inow feel like my home is very safe.

The electrician, Jack, was very professional, provided a quote for the work, which was the final amount despite several obstacles he encountered after proceeding with the work. He satisfactorily cleaned up the work area at job completion.

Wee were very satisfied with Justin’s repair and problem solving. Everything is working perfectly. We look forward to working with Mr Sparky again.

Joshua did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing an electrical issue we were having. Came out and got it fixed the same day we called. The company’s communication was fantastic and very transparent with pricing. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

Overpriced for 1 and they dont credit the visit fee like others do. Then they ask to do an inspection for free even though you dont need it but you let them. Then they make you sign the report which is really odd seeing NOBODY else does that and you didn't do any work they claim needs done on their inspection. Had to download the pdf and rake time to sign it then upload it. Totally unnecessary and a waste if people's time when they tell the tech nothing else will be done other than why you were called in the first place. Manager is incredibly rude. They say if you rent your property you have to be physically there even if its tenant occupied. Another very odd behavior NOBODY else does. Windows are 4 hour windows and they dont show up till the end so your stuck waiting around. People have jobs, thats unacceptable. Everyone else is normally a 2 hour window. They are incredibly disrespectful to people's time. Overall Il never use them again.

Justin did a very wonderful job! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire Mr. Sparky team was beyond communicative throughout the entire process, and we are extremely pleased with the service we received.

Jaret was the BEST electrician we’ve ever had in our house. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. He helped us understand our problems and fixed the issues that we needed. I've had Mr. Sparky do a good bit of exterior work for me - including laying 60 feet of buried service line to my main panel.

The main things I will say is that the finished product has always been of the highest quality and all of the employees have been a pleasure to work with.

In all of my experiences, the teams have been knowledgeable, they get to work fast, are happy to explain details and offer advice and yes, they will even help you think through your prices and some packaged deals that earn a discount. On that last point, I do feel that Mr. Sparky will not be your cheapest option, but again, the quality is fantastic and a licensed electrician and warrantied work is just expensive any way you look at it.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Mr. Sparky and would use them again and recommend them to others.

John was amazing. He came in and listened to my concerns. Went into every room of the house, checked problem outlets and breaker box. His customer service was indeed top notch. This was scary because I had never had electrical issues. I’m comfortable knowing I have someone reliable to call for my electrical needs and look forward to getting my electrical work done with John and Mr Sparky. John was a true blessing today.

Thomas T. and his whole team did an outstanding job! I love having a working kitchen and front porch lights again. And I am so happy for the smoke detectors they installed. It's been on my list to get some installed for years. They updated a lot of problems and got everything up to code. We're so happy we went with Mr. Sparky, and again Thomas and his team were wonderful.

Wow! I cannot say enough good, great, awesome things about Mr. Sparky. Jaret was fabulous. Told me everything that needed to be fixed. He recommended somethings and (honestly) told me other things could wait. I love the honesty. It will definitely entice us back to use this company again.

Josh surveyed. The job decided that Mr. Sparky wasn’t the outfit to handle the outdoor chandeliers rebuild. Straight up honest and fast. Would hire them for another job.
