Amazing work and great technician Josh was! We had Josh come out and install a GFCI in our utility room and they keep it honest with their quotes and don’t try to finesse you for more! Very honest and great company to call for any electrical needs! Got everything done all in the same day! Can’t recommend more!

Josh was an absolute All-Star. He came very quickly to help us with our emergency. He explained, in simple non-electrician language, what the issue was and how he was going to get our lights on tonight plus how he was going to fix the problem permanently the next day. He could not have had a better attitude (considering it was 1am) and were sleeping in the A/C tonight, thanks to Josh and Right Touch!!!

Josh did an amazing job! I called during the aftermath of the hurricane and they were able to come out the same day to get broken wires fixed. He was kind, on time, hard working, and very helpful with our situation. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again for getting us back up and running after a hurricane!

Yesterday Kendrick arrived at my home and worked on adding 2 extension rods In my outdoor living room and 3 pendants. He was so nice and even though the pendants were a little heavy he didn’t just give up, he instead called for help and got the job done! It’s hard to come across people that actually care to do a good job because they want to. Thank you! I will be calling you guys again and recommending to more people (already referred one)!

I was called the morning of my appointment and told they would be here at 11 am. We took time out of our work day to be ready by 11 am, and the electrician had not shown up after 30 minutes. After calling the office, it turns out they went to another job without giving us notice, wasting our time.

Kendrick is the absolute best! He took time to explain why my panel upgrade was needed, what improvements it would bring, and answered all of my questions without rushing any answers. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They also made sure everything was labeled properly and left the area clean when the job was finished.
