Absolute sam artists. I called them for a 220V outlet and they send out someone from another company titled "Premium Home Services" which I am guessing is another company who is doing some kind of acquisition or merger. I get the quote and the guy giving the quote says "go ahead and pay it and we will put you on the schedule for tomorrow." I stupidly do so and the next day the guys does not call me all day and does not show up. The day I call him in the afternoon because he had not shown up or called and he is full of excuses and says we will get you on Monday. Monday comes and no show again. I call the following day and ask what is going on, the people answering the phone say they will have a manager call me back within the hour. No one calls me back. It is now Wednesday, no work is done and no one is giving me any indication it will get done. I call and request a refund, the guy answering the phone says I am just a call service person, but the manager will call you back right away. NOTHING HAPPENS. Thursday (now one week after I have already paid) I call again and ask for a refund, I get the same answer. No one calls me back so then Friday morning I call and demand a refund, again a call will come to me, this time it's the original guy who came out to quote the job telling me "hey I got all your parts are you ready for the install. No way in hell am I letting these people touch my electrical. I file a dispute at my bank over the charge and it is now one month after this happened and my bank has called to tell me "they are disputing your claim and they have provided paperwork showing you signed a document that says the work was done". My fault for paying an invoice ahead of time and being relatively trustworthy that someone will do what they say. I have wasted all this time dealing with these completely dishonest people who have done nothing but lie and steal. This is fraud and I will be speaking with the local police if they continue to dispute my claim. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We needed can lights installed in our living room and called John. He came the next day and gave us a quote that was fair and reasonable. He was quick and efficient and set up a time for his guys to come out the following week. The night before they were to come, John called and confirmed the time. His guys were on time. They put sheeting up to minimize the dust and did an excellent job installing the lights. If you need electrical work done in your home, you can trust that they will do an excellent job. We will use him again and recommend him to all our friends. An overall excellent experience!

On December 5th at approximately 9:50 AM on I-45, I personally witnessed extremely unsafe driving behavior from a Saber Power oversized truck, unit #736 (USDOT 2427928). The driver was weaving through traffic exceeding highway speeds, creating a serious danger to surrounding motorists.

Due to the size and weight of this vehicle, this type of behavior is not just careless — it is life-threatening to innocent drivers on the road.

I immediately attempted to contact Saber Power using the phone number listed on the truck to report this safety issue. Reaching customer service for something this serious should not be difficult, and companies operating commercial fleets should take these calls seriously. I dialed every option they offered and got no answer.

This level of driving reflects extremely poor safety standards and a lack of accountability. I sincerely hope Saber Power addresses this before someone is seriously injured or killed.

Great service by Oscar! I will definitely be using O T Electric for future projects. Oscar understood the challenges of my service request and came up with a couple of different solutions. He went above and beyond, he found a faulty light switch in the process. I was truly impressed! I will definitely be using O T Electric for future projects!

They don't finish the job sad but true .

Not sure how well their service is. However I will say as someone who lives close by the business they are not very considerate. They play music really loud until late in the night. Keeps my family up. Residential area is not a good fit for a business.
