Great work Luis! He came up with a reasonable solution for the complex wiring in our house. Only took a few hours to install a new panel and set up my generator connection. Actually put it to use right away waiting on Centerpoint to come back reconnect after the work was done. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Wiring was neat and organized. Definitely would call again!

Hired Harvest Electrical Solutions for a whole home rewiring of my 1970s home that has aluminum wiring and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Luis provided excellent advice and the crew did a great job.

I needed a dedicated outlet added to my garage for a freezer. I found these guys close to us and called. They sent me a link to book an appointment. Luis showd up timely and professional. Gave me a quote in 5 minutes and 30 minutes later the job was complete. He did give me some recommendations for upgrades on my panel, but no hard sell. I’ll definitely use them in the future. His price was on the lower side of what I had estimated.

This experience was extremely pleasant.
Aaron was able to diagnose my issue real fast and then get in fixed in under 45 minutes. He was super fast with the responsiveness and was able to come out within 24 hours of contacting him. I had a couple switches that were loose and without hesitation he knew exactly how to fix it and what was needed to do so. I'd definitely use him again in the future if I'm looking for someone professional and quick with the fixes. Great working with him!

A requested service call for no electric power to an air conditioner and a tripped circuit breaker, revealed arcing and heat damage to the power supply breaker panel and meter box.
Replacement with a 200 amp power supply panel with surge protection and new circuit breakers and meter box wiring connections and new copper grounding rod and ground wire with operation checks were accomplished.
Harvest Electrical Solutions arrived in a timely manner at 1030 am, and stayed on the job to 730 pm. Power was restored at 655 pm.
Luis and Aaron were very courteous and professional at our home.
The cost of the quoted was 30% less than the major electrical contractors in the Northwest Houston metro area.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. A couple of my breakers tripped on Monday, 4/21/25, after a bad storm and I contacted my warranty company to request a service repair. The technician came out on 4/23/25 and said that he wasn't able to fix the breakers and would look in the area for parts and if he couldn't find anything, they would have to order the parts. I heard back from the technician via text around 8:40 PM and he stated they would order the parts but would check at one more place the next morning and follow up with me. I didnt hear anything back and I reached out via text at 1:33 PM on 4/24/25 asking for an update. The technician still didn't have an update and said he would follow up shortly - I didn't hear back. I texted again at 5:49 PM and asked for a manager to call me. The "manager" called within 30 minutes and told me that the parts wouldn't be in until Monday, 4/28/25, and they would schedule a time after that to come out and do repairs. I told him that I was still waiting on someone to reach out to see if they had found the parts locally and, if not, to get an estimate of when the repairs would be done. He got extremely rude with me and said that I could have called in for an update and that wasn't his problem. He also said I could call my warranty company. I said that as a courtesy, they should give customers updates as promised because I'm inconvenienced and I have to take off from work to be home for the repairs. He started yelling and said he didn't like my tone, as if asking legitimate questions were an insult to him, and that he would not be servicing my repairs at all. I asked for his name and he said he wasn't giving me his name. I told him that his behavior was very unprofessional and I would be reaching out to OneGuard (warranty company) to have this escalated. It's hard to believe that a "professional" would act in this manner and didn't think his company was wrong for not reaching back out to me with an update. OneGuard needs to find better contractors and now I'm back to the drawing board with no lights and power in my daughter's bedroom, bathroom and my office. I have text messages to validate all of this and I will be filing formal complaints.
