We had an installation of a ceiling fan that was 15ft high and a light fixture that was 20ft high. Drew and Chris were really great, professional and friendly. There was a point when we realized that the wires on our new light fixture had been cut, so we needed to take it back. They went the extra mile and waited for us to take it back and return with a new one. Great service all the way around.

Thank you John and Tracy for a great job! They replaced led lights and electric panel fuses. I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. John and Tracy were an excellent team and will call on them for any electrical needs that I have.

The crew that came out was awesome. They explained each step and what to do to if it happens again. I definitely recommend them. They lady name was Tracy and the guy name i didn't get( John). It was a joy to do business with them.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Cravens electric installed our whole house generator…very professional and knowledgeable about electrical equipment. They noticed my meter shed was damaged and we got it replaced as well…at a good price! Great company!

John and Tracy were fantastic. They quickly troubleshooted our issues and fixed many the first day. The panel replacement was a full day. They communicated well, were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience!

Surprisingly Awesome!! For a contractor I must give Cravens Electric a 5 Star. I called one late afternoon and the lady answering the phone was very nice and she had to call me back to let me know someone if someone could visit me the next morning. She did call me back and told me someone would be at my home the next day around 9 AM and he did and he were on time. I needed a new electrical panel they had it installed the same day. There were 2 installers and both were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and were gone by 6 PM. Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. I most certainly will use them again in the future.

I came across Cravens Electric as I was looking for an honest, reliable, and affordable electrical company to fix my home dryer. Every time my dryer would turn on, big sparks would come out from between my two outdoor electrical boxes.

The first company that came out was giving me different quotes that were just costing me an arm and a leg up to both arms and legs. And still wouldn't fix the problem since I was being quoted for a whole bunch of unnecessary items that I didn't need at the time.

The second company charged a trip fee to just come to my house and show me a tablet with a $300.00 plus price just for them to take a look at my issue, which was a hidden fee. The same details I explained to the technician in person, I could've explained over the phone and saved myself the trip fee for them to say that I was going to get charged a big fee to just start looking for a problem. 👎🏼

Finally, Cravens Electric showed up and found the problem almost instantly, very knowledgeable, giving me a good explanation for my problem and what the solution was to get my dryer up and running again. They didn't try to sell me any other unnecessary stuff or fancy packages, but only what I needed and what I was asking for. Throughout the repair, the team was very professional and attentive to detail about my property, which was a plus. They were extremely helpful in getting my dryer and house back in service in a good timely manner.

It's just like the mechanics. You can't just trust any mechanic because they'll try to sell you an alternator when all you need is a new set of windshield wipers...

I will definitely use them again in the future for other electrical projects, and I highly recommend them. 👍🏻

We used Cravens Electric for 2 jobs now one large and one small. They costed less than some other companies. and did a great job. We’ll continue to use them whenever we need work done.

I highly recommend Cravens Electric! Israel and Tracy came and changed 5 regular outlets to GFCI outlets and did a very nice job cleaning up afterwards. They were very professional and polite. I liked that I was provided an estimate before they started the work so there weren’t any surprises.

Great skilled professionals. Helped by installing new recessed lights on our high ceiling. They did an excellent job and it was a very good experience. I would hire Justin again for any electrical work.

I am happy with the amazing services I received from Cravens! Christy was very communicative before the appointment as well as on time and quick. The work they did was very reasonably priced. They also replaced and installed 6 panels that are ceiling lights in my home, and replaced my ceiling fan. They're very respectful and efficient and I will reach out to them about all of my future electrical needs.
