Terrible customer service !!!hands down the worst.
Paula needs training.on customer service She forgets what she scheduled. I had to adjust my personal schedule 3 times because of her and she didn't seem to care . The technician was great efficient and kind. And worked in a timely manner I wished he worked on the side because I will NOT recommend this company!!!

Highlights goes above and beyond on almost everything that I send their way. Easily my preferred electricians for anything related to commercial real estate throughout all of Houston. Carmen (my Account Manager) always goes the extra mile just to make sure we are fully-informed and satisfied with the end-product; whether it is handling our warranty claims on old fixtures or helping us establish electricity with the CNP or CoH, she makes working with electricians easy and deserves a lot of credit! Wouldn't be able to survive out here if it wasn't for Carmen & Highlights!!

CA Electrical Contractor did a great job and went beyond the job scope to show good customer service. Even when there was an issue that was unrelated to their service which they didn't cause, they were willing to come out the next day and explain how they hooked up their lines which ultimately help us pinpoint the actual issue.

"I'M BUSY!" is no way to answer a phone. Many of us are busy. "Can you call me back at 2:00?" is better. Or if you're really busy, route your advertised number to a service to schedule an appointment. That's how you do business. Don't care how good someone can be. Won't recommend that kind of attitude.

I needed the underground wiring (drops) replaced at our home and called several businesses to provide me with a quote. C A Electrical was the last company I called and this company beat all the other offers and even included an upgrade to my breaker panel and meter box, because he said that I needed it in order to be up to code. The owner was very professional, the work was high quality, and the the pricing was very affordable. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company. I am glad that we found them and will recommend him to everyone especially to all my family and friends because I know that they will be in great hands. Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you away! I have used CA Electrical Contractor for both small residential and big commercial jobs (wiring commercial A/C, installing new electrical panels & transformer). Cruz is always easy to reach and his crew is on time. Quality work done in a timely manner at more than reasonable prices. I don’t hesitate recommending these guys to friends/family.

As it relates to the trade, their electricians are knowledgeable and get the job done satisfactory for a competitive prices. Non technical customer service leaves much the desired. Owner may be busy, which is good for business, but that doesn't excuse striving to provide great service from lead acquisition to closing out the sale.
