Had Melton Electric show up at a commercial job and check and breaker. The business is 2 min from there main office. We were present when they showed up. You were there for not even 10 min, but charge 173 dollars and didn't even turn a screw driver. I don't know how you do business like that. WHAT A RIP OFF. I'll pay because it's owed. We are a Military based and veteran operated. Thanks for you over priced time.

I have been working in the low voltage industry for over 21 years. Once in a great while you come upon a contractor that not only meets your needs but goes WAY above and beyond your needs. Melton Electric is top notch! There's not enough words to describe them but I'll try - professional, thorough, personable, timely, dedicated. You'll be hard pressed to find a contractor (and a team of people) better than Melton Electric. Roman Randall (and all the people at Melton) always gives 110% to get the job done. Melton did a fantastic job on all our low voltage needs at our new corporate headquarters. They adapted to ever changing project timelines and completed the job well before mandated deadlines. The network rack and cabling job is the best I’ve ever seen in over 25 years of IT work. Well organized, professional staff and attention to detail is second to none. Will certainly use them again in the future!!!

The worst customer service I have ever seen, it is clearly not a trustworthy place, I called twice and the service was the rudest I have ever had, I do not recommend these people at all, if it is like this at the beginning I do not want to imagine what it will be like later, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Tony arrived on time and the service was excellent! He resolved the problem in the best way possible. I highly recommend Tony and definitely will call him anytime I have a problem.

Called Tony this morning (03/29/24)for breaker and light issue, requesting if the job be could be done before 1:30 pm. Brandon and Red, his techs was super pro and got the job done before 1 pm.

Get this, i called a 24-7 company the night before and had a tech call window between 8am-12pm this morning. Brandon beat that company's tech by 2 minutes. I cancelled that company. Tony, Brandon and Red earned my business and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Tony, Brandon and Red.
