What can I say about Mike, Tina, and Carmen.

I literally love these people!!

After getting left on the back burner, run around, and then shady coercion tactics from another electrician outfit that sat on my install for almost a month, Mike came out and performed a bid quickly, painlessly, and came in with a better set up substantially cheaper than the original contractor.

Despite further delay at the hands of Qmerit, once they received the all clear, Tina graciously pulled out all stops to have my install appointment turned around in 48 hours.

Carmen very considerately called ahead to provide me with his ETA, set up the wiring, and was a pure professional and gentleman the entire time; I even had to tell him it was ok to not put shoe covers on to stand in the foyer of the house. However, due to my error, the install couldn’t be completed because I hadn’t purchased the actual charger. I rush ordered over the weekend and called Tina mid morning, Monday. She shared that if I had managed to call even a few hours earlier she would have found a way to get my install completed that morning!! Tina very graciously added me to the schedule for Tuesday and here we are!!

Carmen was a consummate professional, once again. He installed the charging system, even did some light sheetrock repair because I chose a bad spot, and he was in and out in under an hour.

Again, I cannot say enough about their professionalism, sympathy, and speed and quality of service. I am thoroughly impressed and recommend them highly.

It took more time than I expected to get estimates, and an appointment settled for my electric plug for my portable generator, but once the scheduling and estimates were done, everything went very smoothly. The electrician called 30 minutes in advance to let me know when he was arriving. Was professionally dressed and clearly identifiable as belonging to Colwell Electric. Did a great job. Go, Trent!

We needed a new outlet installed in our kitchen and had one that wasn't working at all in a bathroom. Blake from Colwell came out and sorted everything for us, installing a new outlet and discovering a loose wire on the faulty outlet in the bathroom.

Blake did a great job, was very personable, efficient, and thorough explaining the work done.

I really appreciate that Blake explained the available options before starting the work and that the price was reasonable.

I had a ceiling light that didn’t. I tried everything I knew how, then called Colwell’s. Jeremy fixed it and even showed me the problem and how to fix it as I have many ceiling lights in my house. I was pleased with the service.

Colwell Electric installed a standby generator for me this past summer. Although the installation was a complicated and multi-step process, it was handled extremely well by Tina and the staff at Colwell. Michael did a great job of evaluating my house to determine the appropriate size generator for my needs. Colwell subcontracted out the plumbing work, but I was especially pleased with the work done by the plumbers. I did have 2 concerns during the installation process, but Colwell resolved both of these issues quickly and to my satisfaction. In my opinion, that is the sign of a true 5-star company -- someone who resolves issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. Because the work was done during the hottest part of the summer without delay or complaint, I am pleased to award Colwell 5 stars for their work.

Jeremy and Matt came out and quickly found the roots of my issues - ungrounded wires in some locations due to the age of my home, and a failing breaker that was causing voltage fluctuations. Really appreciate their speed and attentiveness. I’ll definitely reach out to Colwell again for any electrical needs!

Kamran and Matthew from Colwell Electric were fantastic. They installed my Level 2 EV charger quickly and quietly, I barely noticed they were here and then the job was done. Both of them were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered a couple quick questions I had and made the whole process simple. Honestly, it was the easiest home upgrade I have had. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Jeremy was very thorough and knowledgeable in assessing my electrical situation and then getting right to completing it in a timely fashion.
He was on time, pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up when finished. He gave me a discount on the price but i still thought it was not very competitive. Regardless, I would hire him again.

Blake and 2other service guys worked neatly & diligently & returned to complete the generator installation even after a rain shower.

BTW-receptionists are helpful & courteous following through with our phone calls.
