Installation of automatic transfer switch in a garage or any place emergency service can't access is illegal and should be reinstalled correctly at the company's expense.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!
I found other companies that only charged $1000.
Pls don't waste your time with this company.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

This outfit provided and installed our whole house standby generator. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism. and competence. The generator passed all its tests with flying colors. I'm confident it will do well when it's actually needed. I chose this company based on a recommendation from the unit's manufacturer. I'm glad I did.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.
