Awesome workers and they do great work!

Technician came in and checked around but problem was not resolved and was not properly contacted and was even hung up on. Tried to contact them back but was put on hold. They have all my contact info also.

BMI does not do residential work and the previous 2 reviews are false, Tina-marie Young and Mike Rotch have never had any dealings with BMI. All electricians working for BMI are licensed and competent in the field.

Efren is extremely accommodating and helpful in assuring that projects are done in a time frame that works for the homeowner. Efren has also had to work in my property's easement for other people electrical issues. He always works quickly to finish a project and be sure that our backyard is repaired properly before he leaves. Appreciate him very much. The only project we have ever had issues with that he has worked on is a fan installation. We are unsure if the remote for the fan is the issue or what. We feel it is likely the fan and not his handy work. That fan is so high up though that we have never even considered asking him to come back out to check and see if maybe the wires inside were a little loose. It has never seemed worth it to us. I know if I asked her would happily come check on the issue though. Solid human being doing solid work.

They need to send their technicians back to driving school.

One of the owners/employees thinks it’s acceptable to floor their white tundra with the company logo through an HEB parking lot. Quite dangerous if you ask me. If that’s how they are in public, can only imagine how they are in business.
