We had been chasing down some breakers all over Houston that no one could seem to locate. After multiple stops and getting the runaround on availability, we called this branch and were told they had 42 in stock, only to find out it was the wrong part number.

Instead of leaving it at that, their team went above and beyond. They tracked down the correct breakers at another location in Pasadena, arranged to have them picked up, and had them dropped off with their store manager for me…all while I was en route to another job and needed them the same night.

They followed up to confirm everything was ready and waiting: “You’re good to go, buddy.” That level of service makes all the difference when you’re on a tight schedule.

Huge appreciation to the branch manager and operations manager, especially Kyle Price, for stepping up and getting it done. Outstanding service and true professionalism.

Absolutely love this place. I prefer to go here vs going to home Depot or lowes because of the amazing customer service. I have not met anyone here that is not super amazing and will do what they can to help you with your projects or needs.

If customer service is something you value than this location will not disappoint. They are fast, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me and I look forward to doing continued business. Highly recommended.

Low voltage jobs are not worth it they want you to be mobile jumping from job sites and they pay rate is low not worth the gas wouldn’t recommend they start you off 17$

Feels like there family good construction crew show you things if your a beginner and safety is awesome there
