well I called for a price for a part at 4:50 and no one answered the phone. the after hours recording came on, asking to leave a number.
I was very disappointed your office closed early.
this was an emergency needing this part, and Graybar didn't help.

Will Call. 3 pallets of materials to pickup. Pallets won't fit in truck. Thought I was going to be unloading and loading for a while. NOPE. Clerk jumped off that forklift and helped me load that material up. Usually ( At other vendors) they just drop the pallets and off they go. I appreciate the added effort. In and out in a flash. I'll be back.

It was great. Raymond was very professional and helpful. Yesterday I went to McCoys, Home Depot, City Electric, Square D, Summit. They gave me your card. I called and ordered a QOU 120 circuit breaker. Thank you Graybar!
