They've done work for me in the past. I called twice recently, left messages, and I never received a call back. I can understand if they're too busy to do a small job, but it's poor customer service to just ignore someone who calls twice.

Have done great work for me in the past- However, I have a larger job needing to be done, that they came out to quote twice, and after being promised the quote on multiple occasions, over a 3 weeks period, I received an email today saying they are just too busy after all, and to call another company- not even a phone call to apologize.... This is not the kind of service I came to expect, and because of this I won’t use them again. Huge waste of my time- and now I’m way behind on a time sensitive project that I needed to have completed- all of which they were aware of when I met with the owner Shane 3 weeks ago.

I have used Shane Beall and A&H Electric for many years. They always go above and beyond. Very professional and on time! I would not trust anyone else with my electrical needs for renovations or a new build. Excellent local company.

I called them since they had really good reviews but do not rely on these people to keep their appointment times. I had an emergency call made an appointment but they didn't come through or even provide any updates. Do not fall for there yearly "priority membership".

We called this morning and within a couple of hours they were at our house. We received a text with the name and contact information and picture of the technician coming to our house. He was extremely professional and polite. Had the job done in about 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I recently had Damon and his team assist in ripping out my entire HVAC system and install a new one. They were on time, professional and courteous. They also did a fantastic job and my house is in MUCH better shape after they left. I would 110% recommend these guys to anyone needing heating and / or cooling work done!

Attitude and unreliable

Ordered 4 orange flood light bulbs on Monday, paid $10 a bulb and was told they would be available for pickup on Wednesday. Person was nice and helpful. Called Wednesday around 3:45 p.m. because I had not heard from them and the same person I ordered from told me they needed to call and find out when they would be ready and call me back, they never did. I called again on Thursday at 1 p.m. only to be told, by a different person, they needed to call and find out when they would be ready for pickup. I expressed my frustration about being told they would be available Wednesday, which is why i agreed to pay so much since 2 day shipping can be expensive online, and about them not following up with me to let me know what was going on. They said I could cancel the order if I wanted to, I was shocked, wasn't sure what to say, so just asked that they call me back and let me know. They person was very rude about it, the whole interaction was very frustrating. They did call back and said it was coming UPS and should be in Friday late morning. I cancelled the order. I am waiting to see if they actually credit back my card. I always try to support local businesses and am even willing to pay a little more to do it. With this kind of attitude, i would rather just get the bulbs cheap and delivered as promised.

Tech was exceptionall courteous, competent and very knowledgeable.
