I’ve been using RBG to service my General generator for several years. They do a great job keeping me informed on their service window (no waiting around!!). Sean is my service guy. He’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable and NEVER tries to sell me something I don’t need. I’ve used RBG for other electrical service as well and I highly recommend them to anyone. Several of my neighbors also use RBG and we’re all extremely satisfied with their work and the people who performed the work!!!

Brett and Jeff from RBG Services are phenomenal! They’ve helped with several jobs over the last few years from replacing light switches and fixtures to installing plugs and even my generator. I contacted RBG Services LLC on a Tuesday to request a service call. They came out the next day. Jeff Fyke, a Master Electrician, listened to my issue and quickly identified the problem. Had RBG Services add an outdoor plug and a sub panel on the opposite side of our house from the main panel. They were prompt, did excellent work and charged a reasonable fee. Highly recommend!

I called Brett for an internal electrical problem in the middle of the night. He came out within an hour of me calling and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me an temporary fix until a permanent one can be completed on Monday. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I felt that for the service provided, his price was also very reasonable.

Jeff Fyke at RBG services was a real God send for us at Russell Oilfield Equipment. We were in a time sensitive situation with our electrical panel, due to insurance requirements. When I called and explained the situation, Jeff came out the very same day,. He inspected the panel, made some recommendations, gave us an estimate, changed out some parts and then issued an inspection report. Guess you could say, he saved the day. Highly recommend.

Amazing service with careful consideration of fragile fixtures. Went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and problem solve some odd wiring from previous contractors. Also prompt, extraordinarily courteous and pricing very reasonable for each job we asked them to tackle. Highly recommend if you want it done right the first time.

Spoke with Greg the owner a couple of times and very helpful and knowledgeable. Sean, the technician arrived on time, was very nice/respectful and was very methodical in trying to find our needle in a haystack issue. Once he found the problem he explained the issue and made repairs. Would highly recommend.
