That is not the case with RGB Services, I highly recommend using them for all your electrical needs. Jeff Fyke is an honest, hard working, God fearing man who knows how to get the job done. I will use them in the future and might I suggest you do the same.

Brett was amazing! He drove an hour out of town (on a Sunday) to help us as brand new customers with a damaged wiring problem. He diagnosed the issue quickly, picked up the necessary parts, and got everything properly up and running the same morning. Super kind and easy to work with. Will for sure use his services again! Highly recommend.

Brett, Jeff and the team installed a new whole home generator. They took the time to come out and assess our needs and offer different options allowing us to make informed decisions. We really appreciated that they didn’t constantly try to up-sale on things we didn’t need like one of the large installers did.
The work was clean, straight lines and organized.
The guys also gave us walkthroughs on how to operate everything correctly. We will be using RBG SERVICES for some interior lighting upgrades soon and all of our electrical needs!

Great customer service. We had an urgent question regarding our generator prior to the storm and they were willing to answer all of our questions and provide assistance over the phone to help when they couldn’t make it out in person. Will recommend to anyone and will be using for any future needs.

RBG did a great job installing chandalier, dimmer switch, relocating my internet cable and adding outlet for washer. They provided an itemized quote, instead of an hourly rate, which I prefer, so I have a very good idea of what the total will be. They were fair in the pricing and very professional and friendly. RBG Electric did an outstanding job helping us restore power after our service panel was damaged. Brett handled everything from start to finish — coordinating with the city to secure the necessary permits and working directly with the power company to get the new meter installed.

Couple of months ago back around November, we had to replace our electric panel per the guidelines of our HOA. Our HOA referred us to RBG services.
