Very demanding and unprofessional with me as a single young women I didn’t even trust the man to come into my house the way he spoke to me with such aggression.

Electrician arrived on-time. Replaced my circuit breaker panel quickly and restored my electrical service in short order and for a reasonable rate!

Driver on 11/26 around 6:45pm at 59/ chimney rock ran thru a stop sign and almost hit my car with my kid in it. Then had the nerve to honk at me like I was at fault. Drive more carefully - you’re giving VR electric a bad look when you drive reckless in their vehicle.

Excellent customer service!

Completely insane prices, WAY higher than it should be, and charged me $250 for an extremely minor fix. Definitely don't bother calling these guys.

Johnny and his crew installed a 220v line from the circuit panel all the way to the coffee/tea brewer in our restaurant and did an excellent job. They were very polite, punctual, and careful while performing the work. All Approved Electrical will be our first call going forward for all electrical work.

After comparing many proposals, I chose All Approved Electrical to replace a breaker panel outside and also, I thought, several worn outlet receptacles inside my older home. Johnny’s clear explanations and suggestions for what and how much was necessary safety-wise were so helpful. In the end, all receptacles were replaced, with some enhancements; two problematic outside plugins were made usable; a safety shut-off was added for the water heater; the replacement breaker box was repositioned more practically; etc, I think. For the price, which I found to be in line with the other companies’ offers, a lot more was done. Highly recommend and plan to call back.

If you want a professional electrician with impeccable communication skills, Johnny is your man! Our house was struck by lightning and Johnny/Dora came by to replace our breakers, ceiling lights, smoke detectors, and install a surge protector. The knowledge and quality of work performed by the duo is incredible! I will be calling them for ANY future electrical items that we need assistance with. Johnny could make a killing if he wrote a book on how to take care of his customers!!

First, their response time is phenomenal. You put in a request via their website, and someone is calling you within 15 minutes! Then the technicians follow up immediately. Never had customer service respond that quickly. They are prompt. They said I was to expect their arrival at 8:00am. They were there 15 minutes prior! No “we will be there between the hours of 8-12” tactics. Loved that. Quoted me and repaired same day! Highly recommend them. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but Johnny and team, Roxanne, you all were amazing!

The weather guard on my house was damaged by a tree knocked down by Beryl. Centerpoint wouldn’t connect the power line until the guard was fixed. I contacted All Approved Electrical and Johnny came out the next day to look over the damage and gave me a quote.
I approved it and his crew came out to replace the guard and install a new breaker box (the old one was in bad shape) that day. Johnny told me to let him know when the power was restored, so his crew could come back and label the new breakers. Those two guys did a great job despite all of the issues they had to deal with because of some sloppy wiring done by a contractor 25 years ago. They stayed until the job was done and every switch and outlet worked. Johnny and his crew were very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I lucked out when I picked them. Thank guys.
