The vendor will promise things just to make you buy them and they will disappear after installation they are only installers wont help u with warranties just with install related work not the actual electronics i would not recommend them

worse customer service - I have been waiting for someone to contact me for 3 months!! I call everyday and the have a voice mail that they never return calls. do not do business with this company or you will be sorry like me.....

We were very skeptical going solar. However, due to the rising cost of electricity, we decided to give it a try. Zolarzo met all of or expectations and more. We had to have our roof replaced, electrical panel changed out and trimmed our trees before we could move forward with adding the solar panels. Leo and his team handled everything for us. It was seamless and such a great experience. Thank you Zolarzo.

This company is completely fraudulent. Their representatives will distract you when explaining the contract, which are presented to people who largely do not understand English, and deceive you into signing your rights as a consumer away. It is disgusting how this company takes advantage of people.

DEFINITELY would no recommend this company, talk about a scam, these people will sell you the product then forget about it, it’s been a year+ now and can’t seem to get these panels going, always get the beat around the bush of “someone will contact you” or “call this number and they can assist you” it’s been multiple contacts that are no longer In service, also got ahold of the installers and they still can’t give me any info or get back with me, emailed them directly and some way some how there’s no documentation of us having solar panels, well news flash I see them EVERYDAY sitting on our roof, if you ask me those are pretty expensive Christmas ornaments with no use. I’ve reached out to multiple “agencies” that can assist but still NOBODY CAN GET BACK WITH ME. Emails, contact numbers, direct numbers, office numbers, owners numbers, definitely going to take legal matters into my own hands and maybe just maybe, I’ll find an answer.

Anyone thinking these panels will help? YOUR WRONG !!! They took advantage of my Father in law on his lack of understanding in English they sold him a dream on an electric bill that would be so low he would find a solution to a problem. They added on his contract insulation new thermostat along with other things but did not complete all of them.. We were scheduled to have a meeting today in which I never received a follow up phone call to. Very unprofessional. Please speak with your loved ones and warn them of this scam especially the ones that aren’t too well understanding in English. Now my elderly Father in law is stuck with 50k bill paying the same amount as his previous light bill. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ONLY DRAG YOU INTO DEBT !

Saturday, I just caught on my ring camera one of your technicians coming to solicit at my house. Even though we have a no soliciting sign on they still knocked on the door they still rang the bell and he actually had the nerve to see if the door was unlocked by jiggling the handle. I need someone to contact me immediately regarding this incident.

Sunday, just now you want to tell me why again a second one of your employees showed up to my house. Ringing my doorbell which is clearly marked with a no solicitation sign right next door to the Bell and the guy admitted he didn't read it. I'm not understanding what kind of professionals you were hiring but I can assure you this matter needs to be corrected. Please do not send your person to my home or block or neighborhood again. This unprofessional behavior is unbecoming and is truly unnecessary. I definitely need to be speaking to a manager and owner someone I'll be making another complaint against you guys through the better Business bureau.

This is a complete scam. They came to my house saying they are here to help me save money and they don’t represent any company. It sounded all great but i wasn’t fully informed on solar panels or who they are. Signed some papers and the next day i called their financing and canceled them right after doing my research, turns out they were charging double what other places do, giving me a finance of $55k on solar panels when other companies like Tesla charge about $20k or $25k for better panels. Not sure why they pretended not to speak English so i’m not sure if that’s a tactic or they think it’s better for them to scam spanish speaking people. I ask everyone not to do business with them, they might charm you but as i learned they are misleading when asking them hard questions, especially when they told me the financing is transferable to another person which i have never heard before. On top of that I went to their suppose “Office” here in Houston on 290 and nobody works there, I asked around and i was told it was for mail purposes so please if they come to your home say NO

I am deeply disappointed with Zolarzo and feel completely taken advantage of. After they installed solar panels on my home, I began noticing cracks in my ceiling. I reached out multiple times to their representatives, Elias and Luis, who initially claimed they would send a technician to inspect the damage. Unfortunately, that was nothing more than empty promises—no one ever showed up.

As a senior citizen living on a fixed income, this situation has not only caused me stress but also financial strain. I trusted Zolarzo to do the job professionally and ethically, but what I’ve experienced is the exact opposite. Being ignored and given the runaround is unacceptable, especially when it involves damage to someone’s home.

This kind of unprofessional and unethical conduct is shameful. I strongly advise others, especially seniors, to be very cautious before doing business with this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The installation was seamless, and I’m already seeing the benefits of going solar. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to make the switch in Houston!

SCAM!!! Cesar e singned my fathers name on the contract and took the call to accept the contract through my dads phone! He took advantage of the fact that my parents speak minimal English! Jose Leal or Cesar whatever your real name is ! I suggest you contact me ASAP

This owner (Leonardo Carvajal) owes my husband money and has been unresponsive. He has ignored texts, calls, and multiple attempts to resolve the situation. My husband has tried to handle this privately and respectfully, but after receiving no communication or resolution, I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can proceed with caution before trusting this business.
