Aveon provides all the service we look for when automating a home with new network setup, replacing old equipment with the latest equipment available on the market, sound, lights, and more! Working with the project manager Eric to layout the system plan and details of the install was a total pleasure. He is very detailed, he listens to the customer at all times and accommodated our customized requests to the plan. He researched options we requested and came up with solutions to be incorporated into our system. Eric is the first point of contact when there is troubleshooting to do. He responds immediately and if further technical support is needed, he follows up directly with the tech team to resolve. Thank you Eric for your commitment to the customer!

Aveon upgraded my AV and Control 4 system. My system was originally installed by another dealer. It had interface and communication issues. Aveon did a great job and did not give up until all the components worked with Control4. Excellent service and a great team.

We hired Aveon to do a central control retrofit and upgrade on our existing piece-meal decentralized bandaged system. Not an easy job to say the least!…The professionalism, courtesy and competence was leaps and bounds above anything we have previously experienced in AV.
Jon Michael is an expert AV project planner and Charlie is a Network genius . Before starting they put a lot time and thought into making this project work.
Throughout the entire project they were always available at any moment for questions onsite or after hours offsite. The equipment and wiring technicians, the remodelers and installers were absolutely amazing in knowledge, experience and ability. They called before coming, arrived on time, had shoe covers and actually cleaned up every visit.
If we ever do any further upgrades or build a new home, Aveon will be our first call!!

My experience with Aveon has been excellent. I worked with two other Control 4 dealers before I found Aveon. I had various service issues with the other dealers. I had almost lost hope that I would actually find someone who could provide good service for my Control 4 system. I am very happy to say that Henry and Aveon has been great to work with. Not only are they highly skilled, they also provide their services quickly and at a reasonable cost.

After a horrible experience with my old control4 provider, I found Aveon online and from day 1 Ky was very professional and easy to work with. Not only are they responsive but they are very professional and went above and beyond to connect with Control4 to resolve the outstanding left by the past provider but also ease all concerns. They quoted the project and the install crew, mainly Kiko were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Aveon to all that are looking for home automation solutions.

Very bad communication and the tech working on my existing C4 project didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing.

I went with a different provider that wanted my business and didn’t take weeks to respond.

I initially went with this provider because the old owner was already using them. Don’t get stuck using a provider you don’t like, the grass is greener on the other side!

The best service! Sat with me and explained in thorough detail all that went into our home AV installation and application. They respond very quickly if I have an issue and I always feel like I am a priority. Issues get resolved quickly and they are so nice. We have worked with Eric and Taylor and they are both very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Aveon. Our home Control 4 system was installed 9 years ago by an out of town Control 4 dealer who stopped responding to my service requests, so I realized we needed someone local in Houston to take over our account. After talking to Eric at Aveon, I realized Aveon was the knowledgeable and resourceful dealer we needed to take over our account. Eric and his team came to our house and spent the time necessary to learn our configuration and make useful and efficient recommendations for upgrades. Aveon’s installation team - Ramiro and Pedro - completely rebuilt my equipment rack, which is now a work of art with neatly organized wiring, labeled components, and on wheels for easy access in the future; compared to the tangle of wires and components installed by the old dealer. Taylor spent the hours necessary to make sure everything was working the way it should. They even took the time to bring out their Lutron lighting guru - Dick - to troubleshoot some suspected lighting issues I was having, and accurately determined the cause was not an expensive Lutron module but was instead an inexpensive transformer in the light fixture itself. Throughout the process, Eric and the Aveon team have been responsive and helpful. A first class outfit, and we highly recommend them.
