Complete scam. They take advantage of people by over charging upfront , then once they’ve got your money, they leave jobs half finished and then want to charge even more to complete. Stay away!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Aveon. Taylor and Charlie have been responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

Took 5k deposit and provided zero product. Had to find another vendor as they were delaying building if my new home. They just stopped replying to emails. Stay away.

Aveon installed the control 4 system installed in my house around two years ago, and they have made the use of technology in my house so seamless. My whole family uses the system, and it’s very easy to understand and start integrating into your everyday life. Also, most importantly, Aveon customer service is AMAZING-I’ve been very impressed. Aveon employees always comes within a day or two whenever we’ve had any issues, and they always takes the time to explain what’s going on and what our options are. We’ve changed internet services, gone through floods and power outages and they’ve been there every step of the way. . I don’t know what we would do without them! I would highly recommend Aveon to everyone- I have no complaints!

I have used Aveon for home security, automation, lighting and a/v for over 10 years with excellent results. Aveon handled two large projects: a home I built in Telluride and a home I built in Houston. We included the Aveon team in the construction phase to identify tv locations, speakers, and wiring, and they remained involved through the final installation. The quality of work and service were excellent. And the service team provides any necessary follow up, when technical issues arise. I highly recommend the Aveon team for any home technology or a/v project.

Aveon has installed home automation and AV systems in two homes for me. The first was a retrofit into an existing structure. The second was a system for a new home we built. In both cases, the job was well done. I've been using their services now for 10 years. They are courteous, responsive and highly knowledgeable.

I added a complete Control 4 system to the house I purchased in Houston. The installation took several days but the technical team worked diligently each day to ensure I had a first class product. I’ve had a couple of issues since installation but again their team has been prompt to analyze and correct those problems. Very happy with Aveon and Ckntrol 4!

The service provided by Henry is nothing short of extraordinary. Time and time again he goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of his customers. In the midst of the power outages from Hurricane Beryl, Henry came out to our house immediately after the power was restored to get our Control4 system up and running.

You will not find a better company for your AV needs than Aveon. We have had Aveon work on 2 major projects and each time they have proven to be diligent, effective and innovative. Their staff is amicable and knowledgeable including the owner who is never afraid to get his hands dirty and be an integral part of the process. They are not intimidated by outside-of-the-box ideas or projects and welcome a challenge. I can trust them in any regard and they produce state-of-the-art results. They are always a phone call away even when they have completed your project. Updates are simple and well as trouble-shooting. I have called my Aveon representative at all hours of the day and they have responded and resolved my issue because they truly care. I cannot say enough positive things in their favor and truly believe they are a top AV company in the nation. I would use them time and time again on any project in the future. Thanks Aveon!

Aveon worked with us on design and installation of a Control4 home automation system in our new home, which included AV, lighting, security, vehicle and pedestrian access, HVAC controls, pool controls, and Lutron shades throughout. Planning, budgeting, installation, and post-installation service were exceptional. Professional and responsive from beginning to end, we are very pleased with our system and couldn’t be happier with the Aveon sales and service personnel - competent and trustworthy. Great company to work with.

Update:
When we had issues with our system following the initial power outages on February 15, 2021 (the great freeze), Henry responded early Monday morning via text within forty minutes and gave me a solution to get everything quickly back up and running - that level of responsiveness and customer care is rare these days. Aveon - super sales, installation and support for years!

We messed around with other AV companies which caused a lot of pain and mental anguish. We were referred to Aveon by a highly respected and knowledgeable local alarm company after having numerous issues with the AV company who installed our Control4 system. …And anyone knows how frustrating it is when your very expensive smart home doesn’t work!
We interviewed Aveon and decided to give them a shot. They have been a breath of fresh air to work with to say the least. Their techs are intelligent, courteous, neat, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. We are fortunate to be working with Taylor, who has been absolutely wonderful. He has proven that we can count on him to help us out on anything we need, nothing too small or large. The only regret we have is that we didn’t contact Aveon sooner!

Aveon technician, Pedro, troubleshooted my C4 system today, found the issue and fixed it promptly. He was courteous, professional and explained every step of his work. I would highly recommend them if you have any C4 issues.
