Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.
I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

They sent 2 plumbers for a not working faucet. They billed us $563. The faucet is still not working. Customer service is bad. Plumbers from them are not professional. I regret made the service call.

How I know this company is that their van was driving recklessly on the highway and tailgating me with a baby in the car! If their drivers are this irresponsible then probably their services are no good either!!

Update: Seems like dishonesty at the management level is another attribute of your shady business since you never asked me for time and location to check against GPS data!!!

Had new service installed on my property, the crew showed up on time and did the job in one day I thought I had the inspector show up and refused to hook up electrical lines to the main line because of using aluminum wiring in stand of using copper as code requires the electric pole was not of size to short again not in code this was the first time the inspector came out so I touched base with Envoy Electric they assured me that they would take care of the problem so they came out and replaced the power pole and wiring so I called the inspector back and and the wiring that was changed was hooded up wrong so here we go again number two inspector visit so I reached out to Envoy Electric again they said they would take care of the problem so on the third try they came out the inspector from the power company cleared the the line men to hook up to main line I guess I just expected more from a professional Electrical company also they wrote in there Quote that they would take care of permitting which I had to do and they charged me for the second power pole they messed up on each time the inspector came out he left paper work in the electrical box for the electricians to follow for code.

Had Installed new fans and fixtures in my back patio. The Envoy Electric crew was clean, fast, professional, and the price was reasonable. Willie, was the contractor that helped me out, was extremely helpful and professional.
