This was the second time I have had to have foundation repaired. This time the work had to be done from inside the house. Johny C. and his crew created a plastic barrier that kept dust confined. They moved the furniture and put plastic on the walls to protect them. It was quite a big deal to do the repair and Johny C. and his crew were timely and professional.

I only wish the initial person we spoke with had explained that this time they would be doing the work from the inside. I recommend Dura Pier and particularly Johnny C's crew.

James from DuraPier arrived on time and was extremely polite, kind, and professional. He listened carefully as we showed him the areas of concern in our home. He explained what he would do to assess and take elevation measurements. In the end, James reassured us that our foundation is level and that we did not need their services! We had foundation problems again. Jericho had worked on our home twice. We were told that the current problems would not apply to the warranty. They gave us an astronomical estimate to fix. We called Dura Pier. James was great. He gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. It was much less than Jericho, even though they had to re do Jericho’s previous work. The crew could not have been nicer and they finished the job when they said they would. My husband and I were very pleased.

Great company and communication all around. James, Primo, and their team were very professional and went above and beyond to complete the repairs in a timely manner. Everything was put back together the way it was before. Even helped cover up patch work before a storm came through. Would recommend for anyone that’s needing to do repairs or is unsure on how to tackle a project like this.

These guys are the best. Professional and courteous. I picked Dura Pier because they lock the pilings with galvanized steel rods, whereas all other companies don't lock or uses steel cables instead.

From the beginning, James was extremely helpful and thorough on explaining the process and answering my questions. He showed me the severity of the house's foundation and gave me two options to choose on how much to repair. Payment was split to one payment before, and one after job completion so that you don't have to pay it all up front.

When the repair team arrived, I was greeted by Johny and his team. Super courteous gents. I wasn't always available on site, but Johny kept up very good communication with me. Whenever I was on-site, Johny gave me progress updates and showed me where there might be potential problems with the house. Ultimately their team were very nice throughout the process and even put the yard back so that you can't even tell that foundation was done.

This company did the foundation wrong and didn’t honor the warranty. Attempted to “fix” three times and made it worse. They then glued my flooring down and put a center block on top to hold the glue when I arrived. I couldn’t believe they did that. I tried to demand my money back, which I did not get. I had to lower the price by $20,000 to sell the house.

In regards to your reply: Well, I can upload the estimate and the work order showing that this was never the case that this is what y’all should’ve done, but you never suggested this and now you’re misleading people that you did the right thing. Shame on you and your company. Also, the plumbing work that you did at the kitchen area that I have photos of had to be completely redone by another plumbing company. I can track those photos down as well no telling if you did the plumbing under the house right based on that I cannot believe you have so many five star reviews unless they are fake

Great company and great team. Tomas is very professional and really like to take care of his customers. From 5 different companies we had quotes from, Tomas was the best quote with more details on what they had to do to lift my home. We ended up doing tunnels because the amount of work needed was greater than what we thought. After doing the tunnels they found we had very old piping and a leak on the main bathroom, and they worked with a very professional plumber that changed the entire piping. My house is now like new. .
