Tomas is the real deal. He leveled my home over a year ago and still returned to see how he could help me with my sinking hallway. He asked his crew to go pick up the beams that were needed and come back today to finish the job. They did! Wonderful people to do business with.

I decided to choose Tomas Foundation because the guys spent time, checked the house pricesly, and explained what needed to be done. I got the estimate the next day. Their price was unbeatable but the job is top-notch. The communication is smooth, they always quickly response. The boss even came back to tell us what they did, showed us the difference after the work was done and retouched for cosmetic look.

We are vey pleased with the work done by Tomas Foundation repair to repair our foundation. We had quite a big job that needed to be done. Tomas and his crew did an outstanding job. They all worked so hard. They were all very courteous when we needed to speak with them. Even when the weather was not the best, they used their pumps to remove the water from the tunnels and continued on. Any time we called in to the office to speak to Tomas, he was always prompt to return our call. Though I don’t expect to need their services for foundation repair again 😀, I can wholeheartedly recommend them if you have need of foundation repair

Worked fast. Good customer service before during and after. They missed a few things and when I called to let them know they came back out within a week to correct everything and cleaned up very well. My house had termite damage and they replaced everything that got chewed up and the home now feels much sturdier. I would use them again if I had to and I would 100% recommend.

Tomas, Carlos and his team did a wonderful job leveling our home. We had a few cracks in the ceiling and on the floor prior to them starting the job that came together after the work was completed. All their crew members were polite, efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The communication of the project was good from the time they inspected the house to full completion. Tomas Foundation، the owner and Manager Carlos did an excellent job at my house. They provided me with a very reasonable price for the foundation and driveway. Mr. Tomas spent a good amount of time in finding all low spots, made a diagram and showed me where the issues were. Once the leveling was completed he showed me all those spots and levels again. Recently used Thomas Foundation for updated sewage replacement. The process required plumbing permit with City of Houston. They did a great job and everything approved with the city without any issues.

Tomas Foundation Repair did an outstanding job at my home, installing 21 piers with incredible professionalism and care. Every pier was properly covered, and all areas where cuts and holes were made were neatly recemented, leaving no mess behind. They went above and beyond by power washing my entire driveway, front, sides, and back to clean up any mud or debris from the work, a gesture you don’t often see.

Their pricing was also the most competitive out of the eight contractors I received quotes from, making them not only the best in quality but also in value. I am truly impressed with their work and work ethic.
