Saw a flyer for this company and decided to research further as I had been interested in wanting my foundation leveled. I had no idea anything about the process, but their social media videos explained the process thoroughly. I decided to reach out for an estimate and they booked me within that same week. They gave me a quote which I thought was a great price, and the team came out and got the job done within the time frame. The guys did a great job of keeping everything organized, clean, and put all the landscaping back how they found it. Any questions I had or any concerns, Tomas and Carlos handled it. We are pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing this service!

Highly recommend very professional on what they do Tomas employees are really respectful and helpful on everything i was concern while they we're doing the work i really like the fact that Tomas the owner will go to the house often to make sure everything was done correctly and leveled i also had issues with the plumbing and he had one on site the same day to fix it he was on top of everything to make sure the time frame was done on time

While skeptical in trying to find reputable service, Mr. Tomas with Tomas Foundation and leveling, Mr Carlos his assistant and his entire crew came through with providing excellent service. These are hard working people that are punctual.

Great company! Very reasonable price and workmanship. Recieved quotes as big as $17k but Thomas did the work less than half. Comes with a LIFE time warranty as well. The only negative was that they had to start 2 days after the primary start date and that it took them about 5-6 days to complete. As you can see my joints had a nice size gap and now they are closed. Other than they everything was great and all my doors in my home are back closing and opening properly.

We just hired them recently and they did great work. We called to get an estimate for the job and they were out here the next day and quoted us a great price. A few days later their crew came out and got the job done in one day. When they finished they cleaned everything up, let us know they were done, collected payment and left. After doing my homework and interviewing several different companies, I found Thomas Foundation repair . They exceeded every other company I reviewed to do the job along with a fair market value. There’s numerous companies out there who are not very honest and have high Overhead in this market, I found that out quickly .
Carlos came out to inspect and measure my home. He showed up on time he was professional and most of all patient because I had a lot of questions on how the process worked. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the repair process.
There are no words for Bernice, the Receptionist, who by all means keeps things moving around the office. you’ll have no wait times with her after a call. If you need something, she will immediately refer your concerns to her boss to find the solution. She has the best Customer Service skills of any young lady Ive spoken to in the industry in recent years., let’s not forget the crew, (AWESOME ) groupof guys , they came out with smiling faces early each morning doing a very hard job with one break for lunch.

Tomas Foundation Repair did an excellent job leveling our house and addressing our foundation issues. We received several quotes, and their pricing was reasonable and competitive. We had about 70 piers installed, and they sealed all the cuts and holes neatly without leaving any debris behind.

Throughout the project, their professionalism stood out. They communicated clearly, promptly fixed a plumbing leak and any issues caused during the work, and even repaired a few doors in our home that still weren’t closing properly afterward.
