We are very pleased with JRP and their work. They were on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job at cleaning up. Our tree looks great! We will definitely use them again.

JRP did a great job trimming a large tree in the backyard and removing debris that was left from the hurricane. I have used them previously. The crew was very professional and responsive due to an issue of other drivers parking in the driveway and was very willing and patient to work with me until i got the issued resolved even after going out twice before. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Man service was great. Ismael was straight to the point and didn’t beat around the bush. Gave me a great quote to take a tree down in the front yard and was there a day or two later. Came back to do the stump grinding and definitely pleased with the work and service and pricing

My yard (front and back) was a jungle, and it was a full day's work to get the trees removed and clean up the debris. They worked hard at it all day and and did an excellent job. JRP gave me a competitive bid compared to the other tree services I got estimates from and they stayed until the entire job was completed. I'm very pleased with their work.

Removed a tree and stump grinded roots from our playground at our Church to remove any hazardous conditions for our children at our pre school. Very happy and satisfied with their work and clean up.

The Bartlett team did a great job pruning my large oak. The limbs were protruding over my house and I was concerned about potential damage to my tile roof. The workers were very careful to insure the work was done without any damage to the gutters or tile. Would gladly have this team work on my tree anytime.

Spoke with Disrespectful & Rude Receptionist PAT, i asked to get info to call the corporate office and hung up on me the first time... called back a 2nd time to speak with someone in charge and she hung up on me again. Unprofessional & Unacceptable never want to do business with them in the future..

BEWARE...Believe that Bartlett broke a water pipe leading to my home when they were hired by my HOA to cut down a tree in front of my house...now Joe, Pat and the manager will not provide a copy of the invoice/ work details, return my calls or provide a phone number for the corporate office...intend to take legal action!
