We have used Bartlett for years. They do our preventative treatments, tree trimming and maintenance, and removal when necessary.

I have noticed a significant improvement in our magnolia trees since Bartlett took over. They are good about removing dead or damaged limbs before they fall and do damage.

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at Bartlett (office, rep, crews).

Working with our arborist and his crew was a great experience. We highly recommend them.

Seth and Bartlett have provided us with excellent service on our heavily treed lot. They are very responsive and professional in their business.

I would definitely recommend Seth from Bartlett Tree Experts. He gave us a consultation on planting trees. He had great knowledge of the area, trees and where we should plant in our yard so the trees can thrive.

I've used Bartlett for about 10 years to keep my large American Elm in good shape. The tree was a mess when I bought the house but after having Bartlett trim it every few years it's now a gorgeous tree that shades most of my house in the summer. Several years back I had them add a cable to a large limb that's over the roof and that has worked perfectly too. The arborists have changed over the years, but everyone I've worked with has been professional, friendly, and passionate about trees.

This year I had them trim 3 other trees in addition to the elm and they did a great job as always. The crew is always respectful of the rest of the property, clean up well, and are timely. And the freshly-shredded mulch is an excellent bonus!

On one of the many visits to my home (several years ago), the crew destroyed the brick arch on top of my chimney. I was given a small discount on my service, but only after I asked for it, and it didn't come close to covering the needed repairs. The fault is partly mine for not asking for more, and yet....is it? I've heard from employees that our house is mentioned during meetings as a learning experience. Glad we could help with employee training and all, but I'd be a lot more glad if they'd stepped up to help us. It's bothered me more and more over the years, especially as the tree service gets more and more expensive, so I'm updating my review.

I was also hit by the wind storm that came through Katy today and while I realize that it was a freak storm, I can't help but wonder why my tree didn't fare better when I had it trimmed by Bartlett a year ago. I hope I can save the tree, but I don't think I trust Bartlett to do it at this point. To be fair, the cabling we installed years ago did hold up well. It's the rest of the tree that didn't.

These guys are the best. They have taken care of Stephanie for a long time. This old oak look better and better each year with the fertilization and selective trimming. The tree crew is very experienced and efficient. The place is always cleaned up spotless. Will alway recommend Bartlett and their people.

The guys have done tree trimming and tree fertilization. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, safe and polite. Treatments and trimming have improved the health of our trees over time. Like the safety of the crews performing JSA’s before the jobs. .

Brian and the entire crew were incredibly professional. They took their time to understand our wishes with still maintaining the overall health of the trees. They completely cleared all the small dead branches throughout the entire canopy that was over 40 feet tall, removed some very large and long branches and lightning damaged trunks, and cleaned up the mountain of debris to where you couldn't even tell they had been there. It was, by far, the best tree trimming and deep root feeding experience we've ever had.

We have used Bartlett Tree Experts for many years to care for our trees. Nick, our arborist representative, has been very communicative and helpful in our decision making in order to keep our trees insect free, fertilized and trimmed properly so that they are healthy and safe. I would highly recommend Bartlett for anyone who cares about the health and beauty of their trees. We are especially proud of the Red Oak in our front yard and over the years, have had many people stop to look at and comment on its beauty.

This company needs to stick to trash clean up and nothing else. They are not licensed to do the work they are trying to do and have little to no experience with plants and real landscaping. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who is actually licensed before you and they get sued for illegal activities.

Thursday August 21 after 8am a crew of SMC landscapers arrived at Camden pavilion Park space. And it was amateur hour because they lacked a coordinated approach to cutting the area with people in the park and it wasn't a lot of people there . But still I thought they needed a better strategy because I am exercising and they randomly blowing before they edged or cut anything. The riding lawnmower guy started cutting grass at HCC parking lot. I was like dude whole team is on the other side of the street and he looking like he lost or going rogue. So after the guy cut whatever was close to both street sides he then decided to cut the slopes where I was. And I am like how are they not knocking out the big middle part first while nobody there . I kept getting whistle at as I moved to the other side. I'm like that's weird a landscaping group that doesn't know how to work around people is a first for me. I can tell they must had been the best affordable contractor. But they wanted me to leave so they can continue to mess up the place. The other thing is it's not much to cut so that's why I am like what are they cutting because everything was low already. So SMC tell your people to stop whistling to park goers and just walk up to people and say you are going to have teams people coming through in 3 minutes with lawnmowers and blowers and edgers . The group used a spread out method of cutting everything vs putting man power and resources in one area and moving on to another part . It's a public park setup not a house or strip mall layout. One star for the whistling at me and for people that really didn't know how to coordinate with each other on following behind a task between points of trash removal sweeping cutting edging and blowing.

SMC Landscape Services has saved us in a pinch multiple times. We were trying to sell our house and had moved away. They prepped our sprinkler system for freezes twice and fixed a sprinkler. They also worked on our landscaping when we put our house on the market and worked with our budget.

Martin took care of our need for all the tree trimming on the entire property. Christian worked with us to install outdoor lights for our home. On both occasions our options were explained to us clearly, they were punctual on every occasion, very flexible with their schedule to accommodate us and all were courteous and professional. We are extremely happy with the jobs done.

We had Maldonado‘s tree service out today. They trimmed nine trees in our yard not only where they were respectful of our property. They were courteous prompt on time and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them five star service. We will be using them Going forward, not only do they trim trees they offer multiple services from fencing to mulching you name it!

We desperately needed a tree service while attempting to do the job ourselves (husband and myself) and on this day our neighbors were using this company, which from just eye view we could tell they were professional and thorough. So noted their number from their business truck and gave them a call. They were there to our home two days later. They completed the job in about 30min. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Shortly afterwards, we contacted them to do a ceiling crack repair.....and again, we were completely satisfied. Basically not only do they service trees, they offer many other home services, with very reasonable pricing. Really don't hesitate to give them a try, they definitely won't disappoint.

I would highly recommend this company. Any time we need our trees trimmed this is who I use. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced
