This is the second time I ordered ant baits, they never said they don’t have it in stock, I had to call few days after no tracking was sent, oh the item it not available we will refund your money. This time after I ordered from another business, they just dropped the item at the front door, now I have to pay for both one to this company and the other one.
I will take my business to other guys.
In the past they were reliable, don’t know what happened to them.

When the ordered product was on backorder from the manufacturer, they informed me as soon as I emailed them. In fact, one response from them was received during the evening time. They are extremely responsive, communicative and I will do business again with them again. Highly recommend!

Placed my order 15 days ago. A tracking # was generated pretty quick. On day 16, I called to see what the hold up was. Was told my order was back-ordered. No email, nothing. I asked to cancel my order and when I could expect my refund. Was told it will be canceled once warehouse received it. Well..... 3 days later it was sitting on my porch! Stay on this company or you will be forgotten. They evidently did not want to lose $150!

Received the product four days ago. Did not see any further evidence of wild hogs since application. The product has a very pleasant and strong lavender smell. So far, it works................

I ordered from Solutions and received my product within the promised time. The order process was very easy and effective. The company kept in touch with me with emails and at any time, if questions arose, they were there to answer.
I haven’t had a lot of time yet to evaluate the product (squirrel bait) however if the product is like the company-straight forward and effective-the company has my confidence and business for a long, long time.
Additionally, the product price was just right!

I love that this is a small family owned business. They were very professional and provide a great user experience. From purchase, the owner has a video about the company and how they came to be and their intentions for further development. The product i bought was very reasonable and with free shipping, i was extremely happy. There was a 1day delay(probably delivery's end), but with the updates along the way, i wasn't too concerned. Thanks and great job.

I found Solutions Pest & Lawn online while searching to buy lawns treatment products. Their prices was very competitive hence placed my order quickly from my iPhone. However, an error took place while placing the order but I was charged the order value. It was a weekend, so I called and left a voice mail and sent an online message. Buy Monday morning, I receive and email confirming my order status and a shipping tracking number. Further, I received a call from customer service and they made sure all was ok. Further, I received my order, on time, well packaged and with a discount coupon for my next order. Indeed I’m impressed and would certainly be a loyal customer. Thank you.

I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did. An employee by the name of Lance responded to me offering me a $15.00 refund for a product that I paid $80.00 for, which was unacceptable. I declined the refund and requested a replacement product and a return label to ship this mess that was sent to me back but have since received no response. I called customer service again and received no updates or solutions! BEWARE

I am following up with you regarding the review that I left. I asked Lance exactly for what you offered, a return label to ship this back for a replacement and have since heard nothing back. I didn't purchase an open item and I wanted a new item as I paid for. As you will see with both orders, I purchased 2 of the transports and one came opened.

I have called several times and messages have been left for Lance and or management to get back to me and I have still heard nothing from them.

This is totally unacceptable in everyway and a major inconvenience for me but I will continue to make it known how I was treated by this company when all that I did was simply made a purchase to support your company!

Please let me know how you wish to proceed

I ordered items from another company which took almost 2 weeks before anything was attempting to be sent out. So, I cancelled that and found this company. Order what I needed and within the next day they had the items shipped out and at my door step within only a few days. Will definitely buy from them again!

Great company and a great product! I ordered an electric sprayer, a garden hose fed applicator, and a 96oz jug of supreme i/t. On my initial order, they did make a mistake and send me the 16oz size of supreme i/t, not the 96 Oz size I had ordered, but I emailed customer service on Sunday, and 1st thing Monday morning, I got a phone call from a company representative. They were very helpful, and after sending them pictures of the order I received, and a short conversation, I was shipped the correct 96oz size, and I had it at my door the following weekend. The sprayer works well, and the supreme i/t product works exceptionally well! 1 application took care of the troublesome ants and spiders in and around my house!

Product was fine. Issue was that ordered on the 31st of May and didn't receive until June 16. I get shipping delays. But that was not the problem. Called them and was told it was backordered. I assume since the day I ordered item. So after waiting over a week with nothing shipped I canceled and ordered elsewhere. But they sent it anyways. Now I have two bottles that I will use, but it would nice if they actually told you that products are backordered. And not act like they have product in stock and will be ready to ship asap.
I will say, first negative experience with this vendor.

My experience with this company from website search, to purchase, to order tracking was exceptional. Their website is one of the easiest I've used for information and order process. Their follow-up was great. And I received the product I ordered quickly. Love it when a company exceeds my expectations.

I ordered the B&G bait gun. I work in pest control and find it difficult to be consistent with the amount of bait being dispensed. This product arrived as advertised in perfect condition. I have tested it and it is excellent. The ordering process was easy and the product was packaged with care. Thank you to those that are involved in the process.

I bought some Boracare from them. I bought it on a Saturday night, got a shipping confirmation EARLY Monday morning, and it was at my door Thursday midday. The price was cheaper than Amazon by a decent amount. And free shipping made it definitely a good purchase! I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Wow! I'm impressed! I made two separate purchases of expensive liquid herbicides. Not only were the prices the best out there, I was able to use an online discount code both times. The deliveries were fast and FREE and tracked. Well packaged, there were no leaks or damage to the containers. On top of that, the delivery carton contained a coupon for future use. Very pleased.
