Softwash Solutions was so responsive when I requested a quote. Their information was so detailed and took so many before and after pictures so that I had record of my property. They were so careful of gas lanterns, security cameras, and our stained antique doors. The house looks brand new, like the day we moved in 7 years ago! And so reasonably priced, we couldn't believe it.

Softwash team did a great cleaning of 4-story homes and common areas in our small HOA community using a combination of soft washing and traditional pressure washing. Mr. Brantley took the time to understand our needs, to review safety hazards for the job, and to prepare the best quote for the scope of work. He kept in contact during the 3-day cleaning project and if there was an observation, he took care of it and did an extra effort to make it right. I highly recommend this contractor and when it is time to do the next pressure wash/soft wash cleaning, Softwash will be surely be contacted it again.

I just love the carpet cleaning. I hate to say the carpet was disgusting. My dear landlord (hahaha) never had it cleaned before I moved in. So finally I just paid out of pocket. And I so wish I would have done this sooner...It's amazing how clean the carpet is now...Now I can invite guest over...Thanks so much Chris...

This service is exceptional. This is my first time enlisting the service of my carpets being cleaned. They look like the first time I moved into my apartment. The smell is so refreshing. Request for carpet cleaning and floor cleaning for new house. Initially Chris was late for the appointment. He was extremely apologetic, showed professionalism about his service . He offered to reduce my rate as well. He was done in 90mins for three rooms and entertainment area of my new house ..

Easy scheduling! If he doesn't answer leave a voicemail because he will actually call you back unlike a lot of services. Easy scheduling; I called on a Saturday and he was able to squeeze me in on Monday. He was very informative and punctual in his arrival. He did a pet treatment and cleaned the carpet in one of my apartment bedrooms. He was honest in telling me that it was apparent the carpet had not been cleaned prior to me moving in. I have only been in my apartment a few weeks when I noticed a strong urine smell coming from one bedroom. My apartment complex stated they had the carpets cleaned, which he proved wrong. My apartment smells so much better now! I will definitely book again with him.
