Called them to clean my commercial kitchen and they left the place a mess and didn’t even provide a refund! I can’t believe they would do this to my restaurant and I had to pay over $500 to have a half cleaned facility! I’m extremely disappointed! Never hire Gulf Coast Cleaning and Restoration! You will be extremely disappointed!

Made a call yesterday and Chris worked me in today. My rugs were way way overdue for a cleaning. Chris patiently removed tons of pet hair. Cleaned rugs and gave great advice on how to better maintain carpets. Plan on having him back soon to do my windows. Highly recommend.

This is an updated review. Chris contacted me the next day explaining the no-show reason. He had my sofas cleaned that afternoon and did a great job. Had good communication throughout that day. I would use his services again.

We’ve use Gulf Coast Cleaning & Restoration twice and both times have had quick and excellent customer service, their pricing is very reasonable and their service is great. They made our couch and carpets look new again. We will definitely be life long customers!

Chris did an incredible job on short notice for me as I was trying to help my mother with an accumulation of pet waste and severe carpet staining. The three years of being inside alone during Covid was also a factor. I was visiting and here for only a week and quickly realized the house had gotten away from mom. Chris was clear on the quote and very professional and helped my mother tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service (extreme and normal) and the piece of mind knowing he will do a great job.
