I called for a carpet cleaning which the lady who answer already had a rude attitude like I needed her that bad. The appointment was scheduled 9am-11am which I took off just for this time frame (missing out on money), I called regarding the appointment and another rude attitude DUDE answered (time is 9:30a), I did not get a call or notice that they would not be able to do the cleaning. Just a waist of my time! I'm so glad I did not pay before hand!

DryerGrid Air Duct Cleaning surpassed all my expectations and requirements. This unit in Houston was just purchased by me, and the previous owners were heavy, HEAVY smokers. Every time the fan turned on, the air felt thick and smelled stale. The crew came and did an assessment before they even took a single tool off the truck.

They showed me the buildup in the return plenum which was a dark, sticky mess and moved it out with such precision that it was satisfying to watch.
