We discovered that our off white rarely used sofa was really soiled along the skirt and cushion edges. We realized that our dog had been rubbing against it and were horrified at how it looked. We called in a national steam cleaning company to do the job. After looking at the fabric they determined that it was a dry clean only sofa and felt that their process would make it worse so we didn’t go forward. I went back online and found Spot Attack. I was concerned when I saw the equipment come in. I explained my concerns and they agreed to do a test on the soiled arm cover. It worked well so we went forward. They were extremely thorough and worked until I was satisfied. The soil is gone and the fabric dried and looks like our lovely rarely used sofa again! I am so glad that I found Spot Attack and will use them again.

I will not use them again, and that's not due to the quality of their work. Tony, the office mgr., called me at 8:34AM a few days later re payment. NO business should call that early, as I was awakened and not happy. Off to a bad start. I was charged $149 for a deep clean, for between 1:00-4:30, but they finished around 3:15. I called and spoke to Arien, the owner. I wanted to know about being charged for just over 2 hrs. and she explained their system. That was all good, but she was rude, condescending and very difficult to work with. I told her I would never use them again and her response was "That's just fine" and she made no effort to keep me as a customer. Companies with that attitude slowly die and word of mouth is a powerful way of express one's experience with a particular company. Learn now to treat your customers, Arien.

Bit disappointed by the cleaning. We hired them for move-out cleaning and was reassured that the house would be deep cleaned but it looked more like a superficial cleaning. Hardwood floors did not look like they were mopped, still has lot of spots. Bathrooms were not completely clean. There was still hair on some of the surfaces like the kitchen island etc. Stairs still got dirt on them. Garage still has a small pool of oil.

I was quoted for a deep clean and somebody to come in and clean my carpets. On the day of the clean I got a text to reschedule. I accommodated even though I had set my day to be there for the four hour clean and carpet clean. When they did show on a different date, I got a call from one of their office heads Stating that the job was more in depth than they had anticipated. She used insulting terms and stated they would have to charge another $39. She also told me they could not clean my carpets at the house which they were scheduled to do. She said they would take them to one of their cleaners outside. It turns out they had rescheduled the staff. While they had a Capet cleaner with them, they didn’t have anyone who knew how to use it. That person who had been scheduled for my carpet cleaning was sent somewhere else. Add to that, this cleaning service doesn’t do dishes. In short, very poor communication, rude woman in the office and not all services scheduled were done. There are plenty of other services out there that are easier to work with. Next time, I’ll use someone else.

I found this company while trying to get a deep clean carpet quote for my new apartment. The owner was so friendly and helpful! You can tell she truly enjoys her job and wants to help. The employees were very professional and gave me amazing customer service!

The ladies were very professional and friendly. I was in the process of selling my home and wanted to be sure that it was move in ready for the new owners. The Spot Attack Cleaners needed very little direction as they were fully aware of what was needed and things were done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them in the future and will certainly recommend.

This company was the ONLY one to answer my call. They worked over the moon for me as details contained to change up until the day before.
They are AMAZING at communicating their arrival and were EARLY for their appointment with me.
They used great products and my house has never looked so clean.

Two people did the job. They deep cleaned the downstairs of my house. They scheduled the cleaning to take 3 hours, but they really needed 4 hours to finish the job great. They spent most of the time in the kitchen, bathrooms and two bedrooms. Time got short, so they rushed more through the main living areas. I’m satisfied with the work, they did a lot of detail and areas I normally have a hard time cleaning. The workers were very professional and courteous, they worked hard.

I love this company! They are friendly, punctual, and they did an AMAZING job! We were delayed with closing on our new home and had to push the cleaning dates and times back a few times and they were very accommodating and understanding! Not only did they come to clean out new home before we moved in but they also did the deep clean at our old place as well. Spectacular work and they are affordable. Love the people and their quality of work. I can't wait to hire them for our monthly cleanings! We will definitely be referring them!

While they did a good job on some things, I had to call the crew back to clean floors, baseboards, and trim. Some of the surfaces had not even been touched. They did come back and did a better job, but as I was examining other areas more closely, I noticed the bottom of the refrigerator under the drawers had not been cleaned and had stuck on food, etc., the microwave still had food in it, and the warming drawer of the stove was filthy, and remained untouched. I ended up cleaning these areas myself. And though they came back and cleaned the floors better, I still had to re-clean them.
