Mighty Kleen did a great job to save my carpet! I have light berber carpet in my house. Recently I used a carpet cleaning service and their techs used too much water on my carpet which pulled up the dirt below the carpet and left sizable brown spots. I asked this company come back to clean the spots but the 2nd time made it worse. I was at my wits end and I searched all the Houston carpet cleaning services and Mighty Kleen seemed to be only company knowing the "wicking" problem. They went extra miles for me. I had a family party going the next day and I asked Mighty Kleen to come to my rescue. Their schedule was full prior to my party but Charles, the owner, managed to ask one scheduled customer to delay her time and came to my house. They did a wonderful job removing the ugly brown spots and saved my carpet. Charles really knows carpet and all the techniques. Their customer service and carpet cleaning skills are truly the best. Highly recommend them!

The guys did a great job on my carpet. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They took into account that I had a very important event that I had to attend and came early so I could leave as scheduled. I will use them every time I need carpet cleaned and will recommend them to family and friends.

We had them come out and clean up a gross spot our dog left in the baby's nursery. Not only did they get the service done quickly and professionally - the carpet is as good as new! This company is amazing. After reading about their 5 step carpet cleaning service, I just had to give them a try. The crew of two came in, took their time explaining the process, and discussed what we could expect. My carpets look restored because they took their time to ensure a deep clean, without cutting corners. Because they also do furniture cleaning, I had them clean the sofa and love chair. Both turned out beautiful, and has brought the pieces back to life. I would highly recommend this company, and commend them for their professionalism, speed in which they were able to book me, excellent communication skills and their hard work.
