We are very satisfied with Pool Scouts! They are always professional and keep us informed when they are enroute and when the job is completed.

I like that there is a text to say exactly when they’re coming so this makes them reliable. They also send an email of what was done that day & they are able to check the water sample right there in their truck.

Had a GREEN pool...the guys at Pool Scouts had it crystal clear in 3 days! Very knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the good work!

Pool Scouts shows up on time as promised. They are very professional. Their technicians are always in uniform and my pool looks great week after week. I highly recommend them.

They are always on time when they service your pool. They do not take short cuts. If there is a problem with the pool, they respond immediately and resolve it no matter what it takes. I’m very satisfied with Pool Scouts!

Worst pool service I have ever worked with. Jeremy took us off the schedule after I let him know we were putting our home on the market. He claimed that I said we had sold the house. Still, miscommunication happens. We got put back on the schedule but the rarely showed up to service the pool but were happy to continue to bill us for all extra chemicals and no-show appointments. Jeremy was annoyed when we were able to reach him. There was no contacting the pool scouts office. No one was EVER there. The last straw was yesterday when my husband spoke with Jeremy the day before. Jeremy said that a tech would show up on Thursday morning. Like always, no one showed up. After a month and a half of taking Pool scouts at their word that they would stop by and add proper chemical and clean our pool, our pool is disgusting. We are at the point where we have to drain it and refill it. On our final call with Jeremy, he was rude and condescending, defensive because he knew he had not performed his job whatsoever. If you are a customer of Pool scouts of North Houston, you are not a priority to them

Oh my goodness. These people are PERSISTENT and not in a good way. We are so not interested in using their services, and I could not recommend them. They call repeatedly and refuse to update their lists. DO NOT USE.

They continue to call time and time again after I explained we are not interested in their services. They get an attitude with me stating they haven't called me before. 2 Calls today, multiple call a month! It is sure not the way to get me to change my mind! I've tried speaking with a supervisor and I get no where!

I had a bad experience but the first person I met was great. Although no one was mean to me, they wasn't friendly people. I would express to get a clear understanding with them on all aspects.

Words cannot describe how this company exceeded my expectations. Very professional and I had zero problems with them. I would highly recommend their business to anyone who wants their building or business in good hands. Also the delivery service for the cleaning supplies always arrives on time with great professionalism!

Needed just a few commercial janitorial supplies. Seat cover dispenser, automatic scent diffuser, and soap refills. Called was left on hold. Walked in their location and after several minutes was told that yes they had the products I was needing but they were busy and could I come back later in the week. I will never go back.

The worst cleaning service I have ever had! Renee Guerrero was rude in the beginning of service and here at the end. She did not want to give our company the keys to the building until we had a check in hand for service. I complained about the "cleaning crew" which they only sent one man. We had growing spider webs in the entrance, bathrooms and breakroom area. The blinds rarely dusted the vents were also to be dusted once a month, never done. The floor were always dirty after the cleaning day. I honestly believe he came in just to take out the trash and wiped down the tables and microwaves. No dusting or vacuuming most of the time. BE VERY AWARE!

So we’re do I begin. I had Sergio do my flooring install in our house in April and yes he did my construction work under the janitorial company why idk but that is what my contract says. Well apparently all this time since April I had water leaking from my toilet due to his guy not installing them correctly. I had black mold growing in the walls and my vanity completely deteriorated and my brand new flooring ruined and water damage under the bath tub to the tune of $8k of damage. I have text him and no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional i was even willing for his guys to fix the issue and again nothing. We have 5 people in our household sharing one bathroom since nov.27th. I have since then sent a demand letter and still nothing. Worst company ever would not recommend. Terrible business-ship and not responding on the matter and they know they did us wrong. I would hope they would do the right thing but i guess not.

My grandson came over to visit and asked when I last had the dryer vent cleaned. I told him I probably never had, so he called DryerHive for me right away. They came out the next morning to take a look.

I couldn't believe how much lint and mess they pulled out of the vent after all these years. It was a lot worse than I thought. Since they finished the dryer vent cleaning, the dryer actually runs quiet and gets the clothes done much faster. I didn't realize it would make such a big difference. I’m glad my grandson noticed it and called them!

When my fiancée and I moved in together to a new apartment, we combined two households' worth of laundry to our dryer and it struggled immediately. We assumed it could not keep up with the volume but DryerHive came out and found the vent had been partially blocked long before we even moved in.

They did a deep dryer duct cleaning and removed the dirt that was causing the dryer to work poorly. The increased laundry load just made an existing problem impossible to ignore. They cleared everything out and our dryer handles our dirty clothes without any problem now.
